Everyone was organizing themselves and preparing to go in.

Alina went towards the door. There was a chair near the main entrance of the warehouse. She sat on it while she typed a text. As soon as she was done typing she hit send.

"Lina, is everything okay?" lily was worried for alina. Lily knew that alina would never do something that would hurt her; in fact she trusted alina more than herself in this regard.

"Yeah… don't worry about it" alina said it in her casual tone.

"Then can you come in front of me?" lily was anxious. She knew that something was wrong. Alina had been acting strange this whole while, but lily had chosen to ignore it. Lily noticed each change that came within alina whether it was her body or eyes, but left it be. She thought that alina would tell her later but the truth was that she was afraid to ask. She was afraid to hear the answer of it.

Lily waited for a while for alina to answer but alina said nothing. It was absolutely quite. Lily started to shake a little from the fear this quietness brought her. Lily called out to alina a few more times but each time she was met with absolute silence.

She then heard some footsteps approaching her. They stopped behind her, she felt Alina bent to the point she could hear alina's breath next to her ear.

"lily I am sorry…" alina whispered in her ear.

"what…" as soon as lily opened her mouth alina gagged her with a cloth so that lily couldn't say anything.

"I love you lily and I hope you can forgive me for everything" alina gently patted her head.

Alina then made her way back to the chair beside the door. Alina's eyes were extremely cold as she sat there with only phone in her hand.

Derek was overseeing everything that was happening outside. He thought that he would lose his mind if he were to sit without doing anything even for one more second.

All the policemen and his people were preparing all sorts of guns and weapons. He had sent one of his men with Eliza to look around the warehouse. He knew that if Eliza were to see this, she would make a fuss about it and would mess up his plan.

After a while he got a message from the same number he got it before. He was expecting a message, so he was not shock to see it. The message was of four words which were [come alone or else…].

He knew alina would be surveying the surroundings so he had already prepared for it before hand. This was the reason he took his best men with him.

When Eliza came back from looking around the warehouse, all the preparations were done. His men and police men had already hid their weapons perfectly and disguised their deadly weapons as something which would atmost leave the victim unconscious with a few scratches.

Derek wanted Eliza to wait in the car but she refused. Derek even showed her the message but Eliza still wanted to go. He reluctantly agreed on her coming with him.

In fact he was happy that Eliza was coming with him. He knew that alina would have set up some sort of trap beforehand so he used Eliza as his safety net. He knew that alina wouldn't be able to hurt her own mother, no matter how cold alina acts around her parents, alina still considered them her parents.

They both walked towards the main entrance of the warehouse. Derek stopped and gave a smirked directly in the direction of one camera.

"Don't go just yet… there can be some sort of trap" Derek warned Eliza.

Eliza stopped right in front of the door. "I don't think so..." she gently touched the surface of the door. Derek sighed in response.

"mom, I can understand what you are thinking but you have to see the situation too… alina asked me to come alone yet you have tagged along with me… don't you think she would do something to lily… I know I know alina will never do that… but we can't be too careful right? She might be somewhere near this door since she knows we are here… how about you try to calm her down first before going in?" Derek said in a sweet voice.

Eliza simply nodded since she thought that what he said makes sense. Derek gave her a smile in return. Derek actually wanted to use Eliza to make alina emotional because an emotional person would mess up a lot. He knew that Eliza talking to alina would have only two results, either alina would get really angry or she will get sad and touchy, he didn't mind the result since both of them were beneficial for him.

Derek also was buying some time so that his people could reach their positions.

"Alina, baby please come out, me and your dad miss our daughters, leave…" Eliza started talking. She knew that her relationship with alina had taken a deep hit but she could still try. She started to talk about their past and asked her leave this nonsense and come home with them.

But alina didn't listen to anything after Eliza said that she and her father miss her. Alina didn't know if she should laugh or cry at this. Alina was deep in her thoughts still sitting on that chair.

The chair had gems all over it. This was not an ordinary chair; it was actually connected to a force field around the warehouse. This force field was in a shape of circle which was of 16 meter radius; this distance exactly covered the whole warehouse. The force field was exactly where the walls, doors and roof were.

It was even covering the warehouse from within the ground. The chair was used to convert mana and life energy into destructive power and distributes it to the force field.

If anyone passes the force field they would instantly die but the person on the chair would also die since their life force would be used up. The force field can kill a person with twice the amount of mana than the person sitting on the chair.

If the person had even more mana than that, then the person would probably not die but they still will be in near death state.

Alina was sure that if Derek were to pass through he would die instantly, even if alina has less mana than Derek, it would multiply by using her life force and would be able to kill him.

She had seen her mother who was trying to talk to her, will enter with Derek but alina still didn't move out of the chair. As soon as she sat in the chair the force field was activated.

Alina clenched her fist so hard that blood came out from where her nails were digging. Even though alina eyes were at her mobile screen, her mind was somewhere else.
