Chapter 30: The Nightmare

Bharat was on the walkway on the street outside the Nightclub he saw a Black Scorpio tearing through the street with lightning speed and he also saw a man who was walking on the walkway just a bit ahead of him and then within less than a second the Black Scorpio Jeep reached the walkway as Bharat did not get the chance to shout and alarm the man. Then he saw that the Black Scorpio Broke crashed on the walkway railing and broke it while blasting away the railing. The Black Scorpio crushed the man and then grazed through the wall to stop after a few meters.

Bharat started to rush towards the Black Scorpio as quickly as possible to capture it however he stopped as he saw that the Black Scorpio steered itself out of the walkway and then instead of escaping it was coming towards him at full speed. The Black Scorpio was speeding towards him like it wanted to crush him also and he did not know what to do in this situation so he started running backwards. After running a bit he found himself stuck at the dead end of the alley way as there was nowhere to go since in front of him and at the sides he was blocked by the walls and at the back the Black Scorpio was chasing him.

He did not have a way out how he could save himself. The Black Scorpio whizzed towards him with full speed and was about to crash onto him and just when he thought that it was the end and he was having the last few moments of life the Black Scorpio stopped and the gate to the driver's seat opened. A man in his twenties stepped out of the driver's seat and came towards Bharat.

Bharat, who was petrified on the spot and could not move his body, asked: "Who are you?"

The man said: "I am Suresh Singh, the person who is the killer of this man."

Bharat said: "You are Suresh Singh, the son of an MLA who keeps on bullying people and has killed that man on the walk way right. You will not be spared. I will report you to Police and you will spend the rest of your life in jail."

Suresh said with an evil grin: "You will report me to the Police. Police is already taking orders from my father so Police cannot help you."

Just then the gate of the Back seat was opened and a mysterious masked man came out and stood beside Suresh.

The man said: "Don't worry Suresh he cannot do anything. He and his family are a bunch of cowards who ran away from their home and came to this city."

Bharat had a look of horror and he asked the man: "Who are you?"

The man said: "Are you not able to recognize me I am the crime lord of the Rajgarh Town who made you incapable of getting admitted to any college and I was the one who schemed against your father to be terminated and then he did not get any more jobs only because of me in short it was me because of which you and your family had to leave your ancestral home."

Bharat was shocked at the mention of his past life by this stranger as he said: "Are you the crime lord of the Rajgarh Town?"

The man said: "You do not believe me okay then let me make you believe."

The crime lord ordered his men: "Guys bring out the couple."

A middle-aged guy and a middle-aged woman were taken out of the car by a few men as the door to the other car, which Bharat had not previously observed, was opened. They were being dragged out and hauled in front of Bharat with force. To Bharat's horror he found that they were his parents.

The crime lord said: "They are, after all, your parents. I will now compel you to leave this world in the same way that I forced your parents and you to leave the town."

Bharat was pointed at by the masked man as he pulled out his revolver. After a little period of silence, there was a gunshot, and Bharat sat up and he found himself on his bed at home. He was heavily perspiring.

Bharat thought: "What was all that about? No, I must be dreaming all of that. That was a nightmare."
