The Reese Retreat (Essence of Home Dimension)

As Emilio traversed the infinite dimensions the "safe and not turbulent" travel ended abruptly as he fell from the sky onto a patch of grassland. Upon regaining his bearings Emilio soon realized that the dimension seems very familiar to him.

Upon some instantaneous reflection he realized that the home dimension that he has acquired is similar to that of Asora from Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu. But then Emilio realized something when he was able to think this fast and how he was able to recognize this environment so easily but before pondering this possibility a letter dropped onto his head.

Before being able to open the letter it flew from his hands and opened on its own which reveals a final message from the random omnipotent being that sent him there and it read as followed

" I hope this letter finds you in good health because from personal experience I can understand the turbulence involving extra dimensional travel oh and for future reference please avoid the tentacle monstrosities one can find in between the barriers from universe to universe it'll save you quite a lot of trouble. But to get down to brass tacks the dimension you've been given is yours and yours only in this dimension you are God himself you can manipulate it as you see fit you can create as you see fit. This will be my final message to you and should you choose to accept these powers and this dimension you will go on the ultimate adventure to discover something. It could be anything from purpose to wealth to women or even ultimate power. It matters not as the Multiverse is now your oyster. try not to upset too many extra dimensional beings. Oh and before I forget to mention, this message will self-destruct in 10 seconds. Good luck".

Emilio is able to throw the letter into the air before it disappears in a shower of multicolored sparks. Before the existential crisis is able to fall on Emilio he attempts to distract himself by looking at the different vials that lay at his feet there are five different vials each one of various colors.

As a first test of his apparent omnipotence in his dimension Emilio begins to imagine simple objects and first he spawns a rock and then realizes the fact that he used godlike power to summon a rock before disintegrating the rock into nothingness. After discovering his powers of creation he summons a simple wooden table to hold the five vials from left to right; they are labeled Cultivator, Infinite Inventory, Adventurer, ROB Insurance, and one without a label.

After some careful deliberation Emilio picks up the blank essence as he remembers the comment made by the random omnipotent being that blank is required to keep all the others in balance.

Upon uncorking the bottle Emilio quickly swallows the contents inside and only has one thing to say " How can a defined liquid taste like nothing not even water tastes like nothing. But it is nice that there's no one here to deliver it whether or not it is wet then I would be convinced that I'm in a nightmare".

A few seconds after consuming the blank essence he feels relatively nothing after consuming it yet he feels something he finds it hard to explain as he is not one with the universe but feels like he could be filled with something and he can't find the end of that something.

Emilio then moves on to the leftmost essence, the one labeled cultivator and with great hesitation he swallows what's inside and in that moment he tasted the first instance of the Dao.

After coming down from what he realized is a conceptual induced high Emilio remembers the one downside of becoming a cultivator "I just hope that any young masters I find across the Multiverse don't actually act as arrogant or stupid as they are portrayed".

Emilio would then move on to the next essence. Simply labeled inventory, Emilio would soon drink this essence as well and would feel as if his soul space becomes infinite and only had one thing to say on that note " I can totally break the economy now, I no longer have to worry about student loans, or my medical bills on on second consideration I'm very thankful the random omnipotent being saved me from having to sell my body parts to pay for my treatment".

For some context Emilio had attempted to gain an arts degree At a university that shall not be named and ended up accruing thousands of dollars in student loans that he had still yet to pay.

But that is a story for another time, returning to the wooden table Emilio uncorks another of the essences labeled adventurer and upon tasting what he thinks is a protein shake to make all other protein shakes shudder.

Emilio is then barraged with memories from the beginning of his life and if one thinks they're remembering how one is born is fun try having a retroactive eidetic memory shoved into your head with all of the feelings that come with it.

Soon changes start to occur across Emilio's body becoming younger and more athletic with all of the wrinkles of his 65 years of age returning to his prime As his eyesight becomes even better than 20/20 and the colors of his eyes become less dirty and grainy becoming more vibrant and all the aches and pains are gone as his body gains muscle volume.

Emilio's eyes then begin to water as you can no longer feel the stinging pain that came from his aching legs and his swollen head due to his brain tumor and due to the pure exhaustion from the last couple hours coming to a head Emilio falls to the ground in both elation and contemplation. Emilio then lays on that grassy field for a couple minutes taking in his new situation, he did not hate his life, he may not have been satisfied with it but most are. "I am living the life of a fanfiction character so if any random omnipotent beings are watching let's try to give them a show".

(Unbeknownst to Emilio no one is actually able to watch him do to the defenses of his home and insurance essence and his dimension that and not all random omnipotent beings are perverted voyeurs - Memo from random omnipotent being Incorporated)

As he begins to uncork the last essence and then laughs as this would allow his power to never be drained or copied or suppressed. While also allowing himself to toggle and disguise his powers thus avoiding the world is cardboard situation which would then allow his intrusive thoughts to then go to more carnal questions as how Superman and Lois Lane ever had children with Supes's powers but that is food for thought for another time to be honest you may simply ask him due to Emilio's home's ability to traverse the Multiverse.

But then surprisingly another vial appears from nowhere with the label of portal master and an apology note stating that it got lost in the mail. "How can something get lost in the mail when traversing multiversal barriers?" Emilio thinks sarcastically and would then consume the essence which tasted of stars and nothingness which for some reason tasted like dark chocolate and vanilla.

Then he would realize that his infinite inventory correlates with his portal master abilities which would allow him to essentially be invulnerable to most ranged attacks as they would reflectively be sent to his infinite inventory due to his portal defense system that is constant around his body. "Dang I'm like a combination of accelerator with my portals acting as a knock off vector manipulation and Gilgamesh with a multiplying gate of Babylon even though it is empty. With enough time I shall become the ultimate Esper faker.

But then would be simultaneously happy and disappointed that The Rock he got rid of is in his inventory while the happiness is due to having something in his inventory and it working. His disappointment stems from the fact that his infinite inventory's first item is a rock.

Realizing that his new dimension has no day or night Emilio imagines a sun that has the relative distance from Earth to his planet he may change this later while also creating an artificial satellite using the rock that he has in his inventory as he used the hundred times multiplication to increase the size of the rock and would set its orbit elliptical to that of his planet.

" To be honest I feel like the epitome of it's not much but it's honest work meme right now even though I'm creating celestial bodies" Hector stated dryly.

To put the finishing touches on his new area of living he would create a forest around his newly created house which mysteriously even though he did not decide to create it held a portal room as well as a cultivation room with a farm ready to hold celestial herbs with Emilio instinctively knowing he can use different biomes.

And after using his omnipotent abilities to create the ultimate bed Emilio laid down and slept with his mind buzzing on how to begin his unwanted adventure in the multiverse.
