Getting settled, again?

The students of dorm room 001 where all gathered within the 4 bedroom, 1 kitchen, and 1 lavatory, dorm room that is dorm 001.

"I refuse to share a room with a man! Let alone 2!" Inga Thordottir had her fathers strong, and willful personality.

"Personally I don't see the the problem, we have multiple bedrooms. In fact we more bedrooms then we need." Jack Adelworth was attempting to be a voice of reason, but as he was about to find out his words had no affect.

Ingas retort was well thought out and cut off Jacks argument immediately."If we have extra rooms then other dorms must too. Therefore you should leave."

Mizuki seeing this wasn't going anywhere stood to leave and waved for her now close friends to follow.

Seeing this Inga acted "And where do you think you're going?"

Looking Inga in the eyes Clay responded in a blunt and almost monotonous voice, "if your that worried just lock your door." Before turning away and following Nirin and Mizuki.

Meeting together in one of the four bedrooms they held a private meeting!

"That Inga is probably gonna be a problem." Started Nirin

" yeah. How do we know our classes Mizuki?" Clay agreed with a nod.

"There should be a magical notepad in each bunk locker." Stated Mizuki while opening a locker next to her.

The locker contained a notepad-and-pen combo and a voucher for a single weapon of their choice.

"Look. when I write my name," writing her name in the owner feild Mizukis notepad transformed. " it shows my classes their time and divides the notepad into sections for each class."

Reaching for their own, Nirin and Clay also wrote their names. While the notepad was transforming Inga stormed in.

"Get out of this room! I'm claiming it as girls only!"

Knowing not to argue with meat-heads such as Inga from his experiences within his home city, Clay just stood up and left.

But to Inga's surprise Nirin left as well. Mizuki stayed and soon found herself haveing a passive aggressive argument with Inga.

Meanwhile Clay and Nirin both came out to the hallway to find Jack lounging in the room.

"Hey you two, how do I make this thing work?" Jack called out while throwing a notepad towards them.

Catching the notepad, Nirin threw it back at him harder while saying, "Put your name on it, Jackass."

"Thanks" was all she herd before Jack started to doodle all over the notepad.

Seeing this, Clay turned for the exit while telling Nirin that he was going to explore the Academy grounds and to meet up back here later.

Clays mini adventure brought him to every main classroom in the Academy, and even some club rooms including the 'magic chess club' and 'krakens & labyrinths club' Wich both seemed interesting. He also saw but didn't enter rooms for runic engineering, archery, a obstacle course, and a myriad of religious rooms.

Finding an alter for Cade, Clay was shocked to find a alter for the wolf like stone as well. But his shock subsided as he remembered that the wolf was the Proginator of his race… even if evolution had changed some things.

Offering some prayer to both alters, Clay kept on exploring the academy.

After many hours and multiple backtracks Arius Found his way back to his dorm 001.

Clay was greeted with a silver hammer that he took to the face.

I guess this must be a greeting in her culture Clay thought in sarcasm and anger.

the hammer falling from his face, Clay saw Inga thordottir, arm outstretched, towards Jack who was now looking behind himself towards Clay.

And akward silence pervaded them room.

"Sor-ry?" Inga half question half offered.

"If you don't stop making a big deal out of nothing, your the one who won't have a room." Threatened Clay as he was fed up with Ingas unruly behavior.

Walking past Inga and into one of the four bedrooms, Clay layed in the bed and passed out not even remembering that he was supposed to talk with Nirin.

*next morning*

Clay woke up at 6:00 sharp and, after shaking Nirin awake in the room across the hall, prepared himself.

Leaving a unwilling Mizuki Behind the Duo walked to the cafeteria while discussing their findings.

"I found a room where you can join, and create clubs. As well as four total cafeterias." Said Nirin.

"I only found two Cafeterias, but i did find multiple Arenas and recreational areas in addition to a botanical garden."

Clay stated with slight dejection due to only finding two Cafeterias,

When the two arrived at the Cafeteria they saw plenty of phoenix related ornaments and fixtures as they where at the South Phoenix Cafeteria.

The South Phoenix Cafeteria was serving pancakes and cooked lizards.

Apparently the Cafeterias took pride in not just their affiliation with a divine animal but also the school they where in. The cooked lizard was supposed to represent a dragon and how phoenixes are better then dragons!

The two talked and shared not only places they found but also what weapons they want. With Nirin wanting a spear and Clay agreeing with such a sentiment and also wanting a spear. And where soon joined by Mizuki who had dragged Jack and Inga out of the room, only to split after arriving.

"So I forgot to ask, but, how has your magic been coming along Clay? I didn't really check your progress towards the end of the month." Mizuki opens with a question for Clay as she had only tested them on their knowledge and not power.

"Othr then the lack of spell variation I've improved by leaps and bounds." Clay responded with and playful air of mystery

Never missing an opportunity presented, Nirin gave a snarky comment "Ooooo so~ mysterious~"

" I can speak with, and understand my surroundings in less then a second now! I have also comprehended some new spells for my book." Spilling some of the beans before trying to recover, Clay said more then he had wanted too.

With Clays outburst the bell of the Academy went off, and many students started to hurry to their classes.
