Chapter 13

Rose was laying outside on the Grass, looking up into the sky, ignoring the pained shouts and cries of the Mutant teens storm was teaching again. Four days had passed since Storm's warning and Rose hadn't gone out yet. He spend most of his time experimenting with his editing powers, though the power is op and can rival high level entities, it's clear that it's hard to use.

The Screen to edit things get more chaotic, the more complex a thing is he tried to edit. Let's take a stone for example, if he tries to edit it, then it's easy as he could only either add effects or change the stone into a different material. Naturally he could also edit it's size, weight and mass. If you want to have an example think about using blender and trying to edit a 3d model of something. Or maybe even Unity if you know that more.

He could also turn a stone into floating platform if he wanted to, but it would take some time, as he would need to edit the rocks size and shape to be a disc shape. Then add things like the ability to float etc. Not to mention turning a rock into a fully functioning plane, which would need extensive knowledge of how a plane is build to even attempt it. In simple the power allows him to edit and is only meant to edit and not simply create stuff.

He can easily add powers or abilities to others or remove them completely. He could edit how people feel about him or even memories of people. Though editing memories is also it's own can of worms. That's why he liked his edited forgetting sand more. For all he cared, he could turn everyone into a monkey, no matter if high level entity or not. By just editing Thier Race into it.

But he wouldn't do so, except maybe the the entire power thing. As he already had plans to maybe boost Bobby's mutant powers, as the power scaling of enemies increases. Though he only plans it with Bobby and not any other X-Men. Not even Ororo, as he was friends with her, but didn't trust her enough yet. He might also have misused his editing powers to multiply the money on his bank account by a lot, simply because he was curious if it would work.

Yes it did and it allowed him to buy the 5% shares of Stark, where as he could have maybe afforded 1% otherwise. Did he feel bad about it? Maybe a bit, but would he sell the shares and delete the money if someone asked him too? Nope. For him it had happened and he did the best out of the situation, for him at least.

Rose also trained his Eris Powers, sending her children to annoy certain villains like Thanos that will appear later. He learned to use his ability to create chaos already, by bullying Hydra a lot and causing trouble. After mastering he stopped using the power on them, since it really came close to Hydra being discovered and he didn't want this, as it would influence future events too much.

As for Kindred? He didn't train the powers a bit, simply because he didn't really have someone he wanted to "Hunt". He was to lazy to chase after gangs or street level criminals, just to train his powers. Not to mention it wouldn't be any real training, when one arrow or bite from Wolf would be enough to kill all normal human criminals running around.

He couldn't understand people obsession with training, maybe because he was already strong enough to challenge most things the Marvel world could throw at him. Sometimes Rose wondered if he maybe should have gone with less strong wishes, so somethings would become a challenge. But then again, who wouldn't choose at least one op power if allowed?

Rose sighed took out a ring from his bag, a item he edited for Bobby. It would allow Rose to teleport to his position wherever he was, as long as Bobby wore the Ring. It would alarm Rose if Bobby was in life threatening danger and would protect him from death once, but would break in exchange. This was the limit, yes items and people seem to have a limit too how much Rose could edit it. If he added too much the item would simply turn to dust. He didn't want to try the limit of humans.

As the powers added in to it might be too much? He tried to create a ring before this one for Bobby, that would protect Bobby from death permanently, but it turned to dust instantly after adding that power. Naturally he tried editing the materials into a higher one like Vibranium, but it still happened. Soon Rose realized that even his editing power has a certain limit. He couldn't overstep certain laws like death, he couldn't resurrect someone or protect them from death completely.

Rose was disappointed for sure, but didn't even try to edit the laws of the universe. He wasn't crazy enough to do something so idiotic. One mistake and the Universe would collapse on itself and everyone would die. No thank you! So he tried to play around to see the limits and created that ring. It was similar to his bag, as only Bobby or him could actually wear or even lift it.

It was a simple ring made out of silver, nothing special about it. The Only question was, how would Rose give Bobby the ring? Putting it away again Rose got up to see a teen getting launched in his direction. Turning into mist, the teen flew right through Rose much to the Amazement of the other mutants. Ororo looked at Rose with a slightly embarrassed expression. "I am sorry, didn't really look where he would fly." Storm said and went over to the Teen to look if he was okay after being sent flying by her.

Rose just turned back and shook his head "It's okay, nothing happened." He went and checked up on the Teen too and healed him up and gaining a thanks from him. "So, i will be going back inside, the weather forecast didn't warn about flying teen mutants and I don't wanna get accidentally hit by one." Rose said to Ororo who gave a nod "Okay, have fun!" She said with a smile and then started to train the Mutants again.

In his room, Rose took out different ingredients and put on an apron, he wanted to cook for Bobby, or at least try, looking at his own editing screen he looked at his cooking talent and froze.

[Cooking Talent non existent, is recommended to stay away from the Kitchen for the safety of himself and others.] Sure Rose had never really cooked in his last life, but it shouldn't be so bad right? If his mother was here she would scream that it was that bad, since he was able to set the kitchen on fire while trying to boil eggs once as a teen and wasn't allowed in the kitchen since.

Looking at the ingredients and then at his talent he clenched his teeth. He quickly edited the Talent and acted like he never did it. What editing my cooking talent? No idea what you are talking about?

[Master Chef cooking talent, you are the master of the Kitchen and ingredients.] Getting to work Rose started to cook and two hour later he was finally done cooking and cleaning up the Kitchen. Looking down on himself he thought he would give Bobby a welcome surprise and only wore the Apron. Ten minutes later Bobby came back from a day of teaching and saw his lover in only a apron from behind, as he decorated Thier dining table and put down all the food he had cooked.

Rose noticed Bobby looking at him and he smiled. Pulling out the ring he asked Bobby while on one knee, "Want to become a couple?" Bobby was overwhelmed and happy and took the ring and saw that Rose wore a similar simple silver ring. "Couple rings for both of us, don't you dare take it off!" Rose said and Bobby put on the Ring and kissed Rose. Wanting to get a bit handsy Rose stopped Bobby "Let's eat first, or the food gets cold!" "I love you really! Let's eat!" Bobby said and kissed Rose again.

Let's just say after eating the food, the evening was filled with passion. No R18 this time Guys, just use your fantasy. I know you have enough of that in your head.
