Nether Battle

The twenty-five or so Crafter's Guild members entered the portal shortly after meeting with Greg and, along with both guild leaders, appeared in a dim, hot, and sulfur-smelling environment. It was a 'cavern-like' location with two exits, left and right.

The right exit lead directly into a lava lake...the end of the lake could not be seen from their point so they truly only needed to remain vigilant towards the left side which led out into the unknown terrain.

"Alright listen up, we will be putting the following theorized strategies into practice; strategies 3 (remained crouched and quiet at all times, no sound or such...only simple hand signs) and 7 (Netherrack Guerilla Warfare)..."

Knowing that their job starts now, no one gave a voiced affirmation, they all simply nodded and moved to enact Greg's plan. Greg and ten members of the defense team took up hidden positions surrounding the builders while the vice-guild leader and the remaining ten people moved in the direction the Griefers were most likely approaching.

Kyle and his group of fifty Griefers were quickly making their way through The Nether. They just bridged over a smaller lava lake and are now approaching within a couple of hundred meters of the target area...

"Alright boys, it's time for my revenge on that little F\/cker!!...kill them all, no survivors, and then cease their portal..."

"HOORAH!!!!!!!" the Griefers cheered. They all wore different pieces of armor. Some enchanted some not, some have good durability some not, they were miss-matched in all areas since the Guild took all of the good resources for the higher-ups to enjoy like Kyle who is in full enchanted diamond armor with a diamond sword.

Like a wave, they poured towards the entrance to what appeared to be a cave system in the netherack in front of them but just as the first person crossed the threshold of the entrance, a *click* sound occurred due to the trip-wire below the leading Greifer...

*BOOOOOOM!*

TNT that was buried ahead of time from the lava lake to the cave system entrance exploded...

With screams galore, many of the fifty griefers died immediately while some fell into the lava that now poured down from the lava lake into the newly formed crater...

"QUICKLY DRINK THE FIRE RESISTANCE POTIONS I GAVE YOU DUMB@SSES!!!..." Kyle yelled and most of the remaining twenty-five or so Griefers responded timely...

' What cunning little Tw@ts, looks like from here on we need to be careful...'

"Men, don't be frightened, simply watch where you step now and keep your ears and eyes open. They're being real pus$$ies about this, they're not going down like good little dogs..."

They climbed out of the crater and made their way through a few twists and turns of the cave system, dismantling a few more TNT trip wire traps along the way. However, after taking another right turn the three men Kyle had walking in front as meat shields just let out *screams* and as the griefers focused on the noise they saw the ground opened up into a lava pit swallowing the three unfortunates and closing back as if the hole never existed...

The most accomplished builder in the Guild is not Greg or a member of the alchemist group, it is the Vice-Guild Leader Leah. She was a circuit engineer and programming specialist in BSU whose skills and talents translated very well into Minecraft. This is evident as the Redstone contraptions used by the Crafter's Guild are leagues ahead of any other known players in Minecraft...

"Well fuck..." Kyle whispered as he readied himself for a battle. Just as he was about to order his men to dismantle whatever trap these builders have set up, from across the tunnel (you have to cross the pitfall trap to reach them), Crafters dropped out from the walls and ceiling and formed a shooting formation with enchanted bows and began to release volley after volley of arrows...they first killed the ten or so people without shields and then started bombarding those with them...

Behind the Griefers, unbeknownst to them, the Builder Guild members hid in the roof above the passages they've passed. Knowing that the time is right, they dropped down and quickly raised their bows and sent arrows towards the un-shielded backs of these Griefers, all but Kyle died.

Kyle immediately counterattacked and with his higher-quality gear, he killed all those who dropped behind him and began to run away, he knew he was outnumbered and outmatched. He ran continuously in the way they came and finally, he came to the exit near the lava lake but standing there with a smile while holding a dark red weird shaped glass bottle, was the vice guild leader Leah...

"Thanks for the fun Kyle, tell the rest of the Griefers that we're gonna beat this game first...there is nothing you and your dim-witted dogs can do about it..." she ended her taunt by throwing four of those red bottles towards the unprepared Kyle and before he could blink, he died...
