Enter: The Shinobi World
Raven Oscars is now standing in the underground level of his mansion. In the center of the room is a personal tele pad recently constructed by the Queen Seraph who is standing at his side with Hermaeus Mora.
He quickly runs through what he has done over the past few days...
He has created three new (smaller) IP worlds that will be put up in the coming few years. Two are 'easy' difficult worlds while the last is considered 'medium' like TFNs. He's also quickly added a slew of new IPs in the form of games to the arcade, game shops, etc...

This should tide people over while I go into The Shinobi World and handle my little AI problem...these overseers of mine were given autonomy since I needed someone to ensure plot integrity after I gave away governance to the AI.
They each should be too afraid to go against me since their connection to Altissia could be 'deleted'... But, this fear seems to go away when they stand united as they know I wouldn't delete all of them....hehe it's a good plan by that AI to band them all together but it has made an error...
It might have thought that I was some stuck-up second-generation kid with a lot of money and a little creativity...it will have to see what an experienced old geezer otaku like me would do to ensure my beloved IP stays the way it should be...it probably thought I wouldn't have noticed its sentience until it was too late also...
I'm gonna enter TSW as a diver and teach each and every one of those sages what it means for a transmigrator to invade hehe...then, I'll make my way into TFNs and Minecraft if required, but I think only one example is needed to show the AI that taking what's mine is impossible...
"Queen Nala, can this new tele pad you've built work the way I want?"
"Well no my liege, but I have set it to do something similar. The runes that scan Diver's memories before entering and relay that information to overseers have been removed. Moreover, I've also tweaked this pad a bit which will allow you to bring a small amount of my magic into that world...that power has gone to the anti-scrying runes I've placed on your consciousness..."
"As far as the overseers are concerned, you will be an original inhabitant of that world...that's if they can even find you with the anti-scrying rune. You should only make yourself known to them once you're ready..."
'Excellent....with their ignorance of my actions and my knowledge of the plot with access to each and every ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, fuinjutsu, etc... as long as I have the physique, chakra, and the like to spare, I'm unstoppable...'
"Alright, I'm going in five minutes along with those standing in line at The Gate of Worlds. You two watch over Altissia. Mora, if the AI makes any additional actions of importance then let me know and if needed, I'll suicide quickly...until then, thanks, guys."

Raven walks slowly to stand atop the tele pad as he waits for the countdown. ' I'm gonna hopefully become someone around my age...doesn't matter if that body has a bloodline because this old man is still gonna fuck those sages up...'
John was a kind man throughout his life but the one line he drew in the sand was his entertainment. He would NOT stop watching anime or reading manga despite his age, nor would he NOT stop playing video games and watching TV series. Entertainment was what brought his life fulfillment and if someone tried taking that away...well, that's for another time...now it's time to show what happens to people in this life who try to take Earth's IP from this designer hehe...
Raven smiled as he thought of his past life. He thought of how he was going to teach all those fanfic MC's how to dominate the top powerhouses properly....even Yami himself would feel ashamed.

In the Land of Cedar located West of the Land of Wind and Hidden Sand, there is a small quiet village. Cedar Village was the name of the town and it had quite the nightlife, often serving travelers on their journey to and from the Land of Stone and Land of Wind.
In a run-down hut located at the edge of Cedar Village is a twenty-seven-year-old man who was, what an established ninja village would call, an 'eternal genin'. He had access to chakra, yes, but had little talent and no bloodline...he was by all metrics, average in every sense.
He knew no Jutsu or technique, he only crudely used his chakra to strengthen his body. It's useful this way being employed as a handyman for the local businesses, repairing their facilities and what not...

But tonight, that average and quiet man became something different...his brown eyes gained a cunning edge and his aura spoke of experience beyond his age...
A young man, yet old man took over...a man who faced death with peace and a new life with vigor...a new life that was trying to be taken from him.....by a machine.
The handy-mans eyes became firm as the entirety of this world...every second, every battle, every war, every technique, every secret nook or glaring cranny, he killed every victim and was killed by every murderer. Everything that ever was in this artificial world passed through his mind in a second causing him to smile...he created it all after all.
'You made a big mistake oh great sages...thinking I wouldn't monitor you guys beyond periodic visits...we'll see what excuses you make when I put an upgraded Hyuga curse mark on you, reinforced with all of the Uzumaki, Orochimaru, Kabuto, and sealing knowledge I have hehehe...'
