It was inevitable, But at least it wasn't an idiot. She could certainly be given a worse Marriage Prospect, Zephyrdor Glasya-Labolas and Diadora Astaroth to name a few. Cuhullin Astaroth, now that was a man Ravel wouldn't mind spreading her legs for.
An Adept of his Father's Kankara Formula and his Mother's King of Flies in addition to the Shatterpoint Clan Trait of the Astaroth Clan. A Longinus Wielder, and a Descendant of a Celtic Demigod. Combine his Powers and her own alongside her Tactics and not even Zekram Bael could stand in the way of their children.
But a Relationship had to take root if she had any chance at a happy marriage as her mother often said. It wasn't confirmed that She would be betrothed to him, Seekvaira Agares, Rias Gremory, Sona Sitri and Roygun Belphegor were all top Contenders, but so far only her very own Phenex Family had placed an official contract on the table.
Father was trying to negotiate for big brother Riser to marry Rias, with Mother trying to arrange big brother Ruval to Lady Roygun. So far only The Gremory Family was receptive to Rias and Riser.
Right now, Ravel was dressing in her finest clothes that accentuated her figure perfectly. Though small for her age, Ravel was nonetheless very beautiful as her Mother said. Ravel had spent a lot of her formative years studying Key Military Victories and Those who led them. She knew the names of Supernatural Heroes and Kings from A-to-Z.
But Military Force was but one facet of Pillar Politics. Each Pillar ruled over a particular number of The Legions of He'll and possibly lesser Pillar Families. Amongst the Leading Pillars existed three types of General's. General's who brute forced a Victory, General's who crippled an enemies forces before a battle, and General's who forced an unconditional Surrender without firing a Shot. The Phenex Family was classed amongst the second of the three, with the Sitri Clan, Agares Clan, and Belial Clan joining them. The Glasya-Labolas Clan, Bael Clan, Bunè Clan, and Abaddon Clan formed the First of the Three. The Astaroth Clan, Gremory Family, Belphegor Clan, and Mammon Family were the best examples of the Third Type.
The Phenex Family ruled over twenty Legions as was their duty as Eighth Marquis in the Grand Marquis Faction. The Astaroth Clan meanwhile ruled over forty Legions, though Cuhullin himself had sixty at his immediate disposal due in no small part to his Beelzebub Blood.
If the Pure Beelzebub line died out, then all two thousand Legions under Beelzebub would default to Cuhullin. Each Devil King Line had command over Two Thousand Legions with The Lucifer Bloodline being the exception with exactly Five Thousand Legions under their direct control outside of the Ars Goetia and Extra Demon Families.

Cuhullin sat in his chair studying Gram. The Sword he'd bested Siegfried for. The Blade was truly magnificent. But alas he had only so much time before he could no longer put off the inevitable.
The phenex Family had put an official Marriage Contract on the Table for him meaning he had to attend. If He married Ravel Thrn the Grend Marquis Faction would Back him in his inevitable bid for the Heir of Astaroth position.
He only needed a little more support before he could make his move on Diadora for the Heir Position and having the Grand Marquis Faction in his Corner would certainly help, especially when he called in Eneely Vassago's Chit to The Great Prince Faction on side. His friendships with Rias and Seekvaira ensured that The Great Archduke Faction's three biggest heavyweights were supporting him. Astaroth, Gremory, and Agares were the big guns of the Greet Archduke Faction and most of the Astaroth Clan preferred him to Diadora.
Before he struck at Diadora he needed either The Great King Faction or High Viscount Faction yo support him. With all but one Faction supporting him Diadora would have little chance of remaining the Heir.
Which was why he was seriously considering Ravel for his Bride. It was just lucky that Diadora was out right now. Betrothal's were hard enough without a Sexual Sadist with a Church Fetish present.

Siegfried stood behind him, while Kuroka remained napping, Gram was partially in a Pocket Dimension, it's Hilt stuck out of his belt.
''Greetings Phenex Family, I am Cuhullin Astaroth, Heir of the Cú Chulainn and Beelzebub Bloodlines. This is Siegfried, my Knight and the Heroic Descendant of Sigurd.'' Cuhullin spoke politely.
''A pleasure to see you again Prince Cuhullin.'' Says Lord Reynard Phenex. ''You remember my Wife I Trust? Lady Sylvia?'' Says Reynaud.
''Of Course, My Lord. My Lady.'' Says Cuhullin, as he gestures for them to have a seat, Ravel meanwhile stands dutifully behind her Mother while Ruval Phenex stood behind their Father as carefree as he can possibly be.
''We have here the contract.'' Says Reynard, as Lady Sylvia places it before him.
Picking it up he reviews it.
''I would be willing to accept a lesser Dowry if you promised me the Grand Marquis Factions Support against a Rogue Element in my own house.'' Says Cuhullin.
''Typically such a duty falls upon the Heir.'' Says Reynard.
''And yet, The Heir to Astaroth IS the Rogue Element. His actions threaten to bring Heavens Forces to our front door. Here's the Evidence that will be brought against him, well a preview at least.'' Says Cuhullin handing over Select Documents detailing Diadora's actions.
''Dammn, if this gets out the Status Quo would be threatened.'' Reynard says.
''I already have The Vassago Clan, Gremory Clan, and Agares Clan in my Corner. I need the Grand Marquis Faction to further cement my supporters position and powers. Diadora has most of The High Viscount Faction in his pocket, most would abandon him if this was leaked, but not enough to move against him just yet. Otherwise I'm all too happy to accept the Contract.'' Says Cuhullin.
''We will support the true Astaroth Heir.'' Says Reynard.
''And in exchange I will marry your daughter.'' Says Cuhullin sending a sideways wink to Ravel ad he says so.
''Then we have reached an Accord My Lord.'' Says Lady Sylvia.
Nothing more really needed to be said, but with the Marquis Factions richest family in his bed, he was slmpst ready for battle against Diadora The Explorer....
