I didn't notice that Akeno had summoned a giant bolt of lightning and she sent it toward me catching me off guard.
Rias taking this opportunity looked toward Kiba and gave him a nod. He seemed to understand and without a moment hesitation he blitz toward me and cut my arms off, so I couldn't use my hands to fight.
"You just made a stupid decision.", I said while my body started growing and causing my clothes to start ripping. When my arms got cut off my ring that was concealing my Day form did as well.
They all got a look of fear on their face because they could feel my power growing. The looks on their faces seemed to grow in despair, even more, when they saw my arms regrowing.
"You thought you were strong. Who decided that? You thought I would join your peerage. Who decided that?", I said fully embracing the pride from [Sunshine].
"What are you? You can't be human.", Rias said with fear.
"I am human but I'm the one that stands atop all races. I am the one at the apex. I am the one who holds the Sin of Pride. I am the last of the Seven Deadly Sins.", I told her while embracing my inner Escanor. I pointed my index finger up in the area and said two words that brought fear into my opponents. "[Cruel Sun].", I stated.
This caused a giant flaming orb that looked like the sun to start forming. When it formed I flicked it toward Rias and her peerage.
Rias started forming a small orb of destruction with the little time she had and shot it toward my orb. They crashed and they canceled each other out. Rias got a look of relief on her face and then smirked.
"As long as I have my destruction magic you can't harm us with that. This is my victory.", she stated while forming a much stronger orb.
I looked down and my hair cast a shadow over my eyes. I formed another [Cruel Sun] but had this one much stronger.
"Did you learn nothing from your last attempt?", she asked and sent her orb forward.
I sent my [Cruel Sun] forward and the two orbs clashed causing the ground to start cracking. "You thought your destruction magic could erase my flames. Who decided that?", I spoke causing Rias to show fear.
She looked at our orbs clashing and saw her orb was losing. Out of nowhere, it seemed like my orb got stronger and blasted through her magic.
She closed her eyes and accepted her fate. Her peerage was next to her and all were showing fear.
"[Absolute Cancel].", I said before the orb erased her and her peerage. Rias opened her eyes and was confused about how she was still alive.
"My intention wasn't to kill you. This was to prove my claims.", I told them. I turned around and walked toward my arms that were cut off.
I picked up the one with my ring and took it off the hand. I put it on again and my Day form vanished causing me to lose all my power.
"I'll collect on those favors in the future Gremory.", I said and walked away. No one said a word to me as I walked home.
