The Museum.

With a horde of zombies chasing after him, Arthur ran on the streets moving toward his target.

And his target was one of the cars a bit away from him.

The reason he chose particularly this car was because it had it's door open who eased up his plan.

He outran the zombies and quickly arrived at the car before looking around.

"Oh there it is!"

Bending down a bit of distance away from the car, he picked up a big piece of stone and came running back to the car.

Quickly getting half of his body inside the car, he pressed on the horn and kept the stone on it.

"HOONNKK!!!"

He properly adjusted the stone to not fall down and placed it on the steering to constantly press on the horn.

Coming out of the car, he glanced around saw that the crowd of zombies and many others were starting to move towards.

"It's done, now run!!"

Before the zombies could surround him, Arthur quickly found a way to escape the crowd and fleed away from the area.

All the zombie who heard the horn gathered around the car and made a big disturbance searching for the human, but he had already left the place toward his destination.

.....

Arthur hid and ran from the zombies that were arohnd in the streets and finally arrived at the museum after ten minutes.

He stood before the huge gates that stopped anyone from entering and thought happily.

'Great! The museum seems to have been closed when the apocalypse occured.'

The museum wasn't open when the apocalypse happened which meant that there were possibly no zombies inside the building.

Arthur glanced around the area and tried finding a place from where he could jump into the musuem compound's walls.

"There!"

He walked to the side of the gates and found a massive suv car parked near to the wall.

Jumping over the hood of the suv, he climped onto the roof of the car and turned to look at the wall.

"It's reachable..."

Turning serious, he walked a bit back of the roof of the car and started running quickly on it.

"Hup!"

Reaching the end of the roof, he kicked off from the car and jumped over the the museum's wall.

Arthur stepped onto the ground from the high walls easily without receiving any injuries as his body was more stronger than a regular human's.

He smiled getting the task done and took a look around the interior of the compound.

There wasn't anything remarkable about the inside of the compound except for the lavish building of the musuem on one side and a small office near the gates where two zombified watchmen were moving about.

"Oh look at what we got here! A suprise gift of two mana stones."

A smile rose on Arthur's face staring at the two zombies who by now had turned to the voice and were walking towards him.

On the entire way from his apartment to the musuem, he had killed a bunch of zombies but he couldn't take out their mana stones as that would cost him time and then other zombies would have surrounded him.

Gripping his almost broken spear, he dashed toward the two zombies and easiy took their lives by cutting off their head from their bodies.

He peacefully took out their mana stones and cleaned them happily before storing them in his pocket.

"After finding a better weapon I'll have to make it quick and collect as many mana stones as I can, and then advance to the first order before I encounter any other first order monster."

Arthur decided and walked forward toward the musuem, in search of finding a suitable weapon for him from the armory present there.

The gates were closed, so ofcourse the entrance door of the museum was also locked.

Arthur walked around the place and decided to break a window to sneak in.

He walked to the edge of the building and found a small round window present a bit higher than a normal window's height.

Walking back to the security office, he carried two chairs and placed one on the another near to the window.

Climbing up the chairs, he took out his spear and started hitting the small window with it.

"Crash!"

After hitting it several of times, the glass window finally shattered into pieces.

Arthur didn't hurry to jump in and instead stood on the chair making sure there were no glass pieces around the window from where he would go in.

Later, he again picked up the two chairs and carried them all the way over to the other side of that place before throwing them over the walls of the museum's compound.

"Now unless someone carefully searched near this window, no one would be able to find a way in."

Patting off the dust from his hand, he muttered.

If he could get an idea of getting weapons from the musuem to arm himself, then why wouldn't other people too get it?

But most of the people wouldn't be able to break the lock outside of the gates

And neither could they try jumping over the walls like how Arthur did, because they were unlike him who had gotten much stronger after absorbing the mana stones.

Coming back to the round window, Arthur bent down before jumping with a shout.

"HUP!"

He jumped higher than the basketball playerd and grabbed onto the window's sill with both of his hands.

Pulling himself up easily, Arthur crawled his way into the window and jumped down on the floor.

"Haaa...finally in."

Letting out a sigh of relief, Arthur patted off the dust from his clothes and raised his head to look at his surroundings.

"Hmmm?"

For a second, he thought he had travelled back into time as the scene inside the museum left him flabbergasted.

"Wow...I didn't expect to see such an amazing sight here...."

Glancing around, Arthur couldn't even describe the scene in words.

But if he were to be specific about it then he would say it was ancient, majestic and a bit sacred.

There were numerous beautiful and artistic old paintings hung on the walls, creating a sense of opulence and history that filled the space.

Lots of different antiques and unique objects were placed elegantly around the room, adding a touch of mystery to overall vibe of the place.

Though the collection seemed abundant, it contributed to the museum's undeniable charm, making it feel like a hidden treasure trove of art and culture.

Arthur's eyes remained widened as he quietly walked around the space momentarily forgetting the reason for his visit at the musuem.

"Now I understand why many people came to places like these and spent most of their time walking around aimlessly...."

He chuckled as the previous him wouldn't even come near to things like art and such because for him, these things were only a waste of time and not of any significance.

As if taking a stroll back into the ancient times, Arthur continued to look around the various rooms in the musuem and explored the place until he reached a place which made his eyes lit up in excitement.

"And here are the weapons...."
