Turns out the there is more than one class 1 however they were grouped in accordance to the time they spent at the dojo, forexamole the other year ones had been at the dojo for over a year which meant that they more than likely already developed the first of their battle skills.

It also means they already comprehended and infused their innate ability into their bodies, they couldn't be trained the same way as the rest of the newly arrived kids who mostly didn't even know how to use their power yet.

As they arrive at the arena everyone falls quiet, this was because they saw Long Jin arrive carrying his spear in hand, even though they didn't expect it to be particularly powerful it was still an eye catching spear.

At that point the talking reduced on the battle field, Wang Die was at the other end of the arena and he appeard different, on top of his uniform he spotted armor, this was battle armor which was a unique item commonly used by spirit masters, it had amplification effect on their defense and attacking power during a fight.

Long Jin knew about it but he hadnt brought his armor yet because he didn't own any, battle armor was incredible expensive because making it required someone to be atleast a rank 5 blacksmith, there weren't that many blacksmiths of that rank around and wheneverome was found they demanded high prices just to mk one set of armor.

His father had been working on a set for him but they didn't know how long it would take, his father was just a spirit general but luckily his forging skills had surpassed his cultivation skills, he was already a rank 5 blacksmith.

This meant he could forge however the armor he forged would be the weakest among battle armors but in a fight it would be much better than hvobg nothing at all. Wang Die was dressed in his flame red and gold armor that md ehim appear imposing despite tr fact that he was just a ten year old child.

At that time teacher Meng Luo appeared at the center of the arena and asked Long Jin where his armor was, Long Jin simply said that he didn't have one, at one of the ends of the arena someone said that he could lend Long Jin his armor for the fight.

Long Jin turned back to see who it was that was coming to his aid, it was a young girl dressed in an academy uniform, she was a part of their class but he had never encountered her before, since his challenge many studnets had become familiar to him as they had taken Wang Die's side so there were very few he didn't recognize, this girl was one of them.

To achieve this she needed to be extremely low level in the class for even people like Yu Zhuli who had abstained from picking a side were still known within the class, this girl had green eyes and green tinted black hair

Long Jin didn't know whether to trust her or not so he declined taking on the battle armor, he said that he didn't need one and would fight directly without it. The instructor asked Wang Die whether he would be willing to take off his armor and he agreed but Long Jin said that it wouldn't be necessary.

Everyone was shocked by this statement so Wang Die said that he would start the duel without it and if he needs it he will wear it which is a a very rare probability, Long Jin simply told him to do as he wished, Instructor Meng Luo then told them that this duel isnt to the death and if any party mortally injured their opponent they will be escorted out of the dojo instantly.

After everyone had agreed to the rules it was time for the duel to begin, the sides of the arena glowed as a barrier rose up surrounding the arena, this barrier didn't filter light or sound it simply stopped the fight from spilling towards the rest watching it.

After the barrier went up Wang Die retrieved his weapons, it was two swords the swords had red handles with steel blades with a red line in the middle, although they didn't appear like something much, they were actually high level weapons probably close to the Nirvana realm.

Those blades were treasures but it also meant that they were absolutely powerful, the main advantage was that this blades were built with the fire element so them wielded they have a fire attribute, with Wang Die's fire element there isnt any better weapons for him.

The instructor ordered them to begin and at that instant Long Jin triggered his gold element, he felt power coursing through his body the air surrounding him started humming which was a quality unique to the metal element,

As Wang Die attacked Long Jin didn't move an inch, he was simply concentrating on his metal element or in his case the gold element, gold was synonymous with the sum so sun light was a great aid to him and at that moment the sun was in full display.

He chose to borrow the power of the sun for his own use, the sun light filled his body and as it entered it was filtered through the body and enterd the dantian as the purest form of metal element spirit power that the Liger needed to grow,

However this was also filling his body with power and strength, the texture of his skin got stronger and tougher all that time he was also utilizing a combat skill taught to him by Long Bei, called momentum gathering.

When Wang Die was a few steps away from him, Long Jin used the momentum he had been gathering the entire time and as his eyes flashed with gold light he took a stance, his body became firm on the ground and his skin got a golden luster allover it, he was radiating golden light, this wasnt from the light element or even the fire element but from the gold element.

He swung his spear channeling all his power into that single weapon, everyone watching got stunned as they recognized what was happening, although Metal generally wasn't the most powerful element, seeing as it was weaker than ice, fire, lightning and to some effect light, one of its variants the gold element was one of the strongest elements in the world.

Gold was immune from lightning, fire, light, Ice and all the rest, it could only be limited by space, time, destruction and creation. Apart from those elements nonpther element could dominate gold once it was properly cultivated.

The luster on Long Jin was a clear demonstration of the light element and the stance he had taken was a fairly known stance normally used during momentum storage, thebfact that he had the gold element was a shock in itself, but mastering the momentum storage skill was beyond unexpected.

Wang realized too late that he had been careless, with the look on Long Jin's face he didn't hold back during this strike, he was venting his frustration and Wang Die just happened to fall right into his hands,

It was too late to alter his trajectory without suffering life threatening injuries so he chose to improve his defense, he instantly summoned his armor and it appeared before him, he then used his swords to break the spear's momentum before it reached him.

However as the spear touched thr swords, they were deflected to the side and the spear went directly for Wang Die's body, Instructor Meng realized too late that he should've interfered sooner, the main reason he didn't was that he knew just hos powerful Wang's swords were.

Regardless of Long Jin's momentum storage the swords would breakdown atleast 50% of the attack and the armor would break down the remaining attack to atleast 5% which wouldn't threaten Wang Die's life.

However he hadmt considerd that Long Jin's spear was that powerful, it brushed the swords away like they wer anything and if he had intended to he could have shattered them easily that meant this spear was atleast of demigod rank.

The rank between Nirvana and demigod may look small but it was as far apart as heaven and earth, the difference was also careiednint heir weapons of choice, a demigod ranked weapon would utterly pulverize a Nirvana ranked weapon like it was nothing more than a pebble.

And now the spear was headed for Wang Die, regardless of how expensive that armor was it was still just a rank 3 armor, confront of a demigod ranked spear ot wouldn't even withstand a single stribe before it crumbles to dust.

With the momentum gathered by Long Jin and the multiplication effect of the spear only a rank 5 armor would stand a chance against this attack anything less would be destroyed instantly, with the look on Long Jin's face he was merciless, he looked like eliminating Wang Die would be nothing more than swatting a fly.

They had to interfere before Wang Die lost his life however even a spirit emperor couldn't move so fast, when the spear was a few inches away from Wang Die it suddenly stopped in its tracks, it didn't land on Wang Die however Long Jon gathered the metal elements in the air into a singular force blast that sent Wang Die spiraling to the ends of the Arena.

The Thing with the metal element is that although they couldn't attack using their element like the rest of the elements, they could generate blasts of concussive force that had a much more destructive capability seeing as they penetrated armor much easier than other elemental attacks.

Long Jin then retained the pose he had taken while stopping the attack, he let the momentum he had gathered disperse otherwise he risked personal injury by redirecting it within his own body, at that moment, depe inside his body something happened, the liger woke up and apparently obtained consciousness,

This wasnt supposed to happen until the breakthrough to spirit manifestation when the spirit soul is fully matured, however this one had fully awoken and it spoke to Long Jin, it called him master and he asked it what was happening, the spirit soul told him that it would explain everything when the fight is done.

In the meantime it thanks him for waking it up and it tells him that he shouldn't worry about the feedback from momentum storage, it tells him that his body is ready to awaken the innate skill and as such such minor injuries are meaningless to the golden body.

In the arena, Wang Die got up from the ground as he spit out blood from his mouth, he had really under estimated this kid. He had witnessed what had happened during their collision, Long Jin could've killed him but he pulled back his attack, Wang Die was well aware of the effects of pulling back an attack of that level, Long Jin may receive internal injuries.

Although for Wang Die was injured it wa just a minor injury and it wa already healing so it wouldn't affect him in the slightest, he got up and moved across Long Jin and asked him why he held back, Long Jin said this was a duel not a death match, he didn't want to accidentally kill someone he may need on the future.

Wang Die said that he wouldn't have pulled back his attack and Long Jin said that he was aware, he then tells Wang Die that it still wouldn't have made a difference as the attack wouldn't have injured him.

Wang Die says that stopping momentum storage midway is very harmful as it could create internal injuries but Long Jin says that he didn't redirect it inside his body, he says that he dispersed it. Wang Die says that its impossible, he says dispersion would require him to be atleast a Spirit King.

Long Jin asks him whether he wants to co tune the fight or he is just going to keep finding excuses to call off the fight, Wang Die smiles at himself and it dawns on him that he really underestimated this kid, even better than that he admits deep inside that this kid had earned his respect.

From that point on he continues this fight not with the intent of suppressing him but rather with the intent of fighting a worthy opponent, to that extent he couldn't hold back anything, at that moment a spirit ring appears behind him, it was a fiery gold spirit ring with a single red notch, as they appeared he levitated from the ground, at the center of the ring appears a lotus flower,

However this lotus flower had seven petals and each petal was a different color of the rainbow and the petals were flames of fire, suddenly flames engulfed Wang Die, his eyes turned into pools of fire, his red hair turned to flames, his armor vanished along with his uniform, his chest was bare and at the center was a seven petal lotus flower like the one in his spirit ring.

There were streams of fire all over his chest to the rest of his. Body, his pants were red and gold and he had no shoes on his feet, his swords flew back to his hands and this time the middle line in the sword glowed, red with fire.
