The crystal grew to be as large as a car, about 4 meters or so in both height and width.

My body flew, controlled by an invisible force and soon, I was about to collide with the crystal. It entered the crystal with relative ease, in fact it acted like the crystal was water. My body felt a heavy pressure pressing in all directions, almost about ready to squeeze my non-existing insides.

The voice then commanded me to mimic a word.

"hmmm" As I scanned the letters that plastered itself on my vision, I quickly notice a familiar name that is definitely supposed to not exist here.

"Wait, what is my name doing here?" I asked myself inwardly.

"Maybe a mistake?" I pondered before losing interest. "oh well not worth mentioning it to her."

"I will take the liberty of granting you your skills, first will be the authority to summon this information interface whenever you need." I blinked once and saw the status page disappear, and blinked once more and watched it re-appear. "you will gain the ability to monitor your growth, skills, and every available information about yourself. As more information arises, it will also grow.

"Second, I will grant you the authority to bend the rules of space and time to your will, although limited, you will be able to store items in a pocket space unique to yours only. Time inside this pocket space is non-existent, that means any item placed within will not degrade or rot. For your convenience, I will integrate this function in your interface." New words began to carve itself in the status page, Inventory.

"Third, I will grant you the authority to wield and produce mana. Knowledge and information will be integrated to you interface as well. Any knowledge you gain, and discoveries you make will be placed here for your convenience" The same as before, words carved itself and came the Almanac.

"Fourth, I will grant you the authority of minor omniscience, this ability allows you to learn information about anything. From herbs, foods to animals and humans. Although it will be limited by varying factors, you will have to find those out for your self." Scan, etched itself to life.

"Finally, I will give you the chance to select a few pre-selected skills. I'm feeling extra generous today."

A new page appeared besides mine, listing out a selection of talents, titles, skills on more.

"I will grant you 10 Goddess points which can be used to exchange for any of these, I advice you to spend them all, as access to this is available only once. The only way for you to get more is to learn them manually in the world you are about to enter." The voice slowly explained.

As soon as I scanned the list, I immediately noticed that a majority of the selections are worth 5 Goddess points or more, making it clear that I can only select at least 2 skills. There are other skills that are worth 1 or so Goddess points, however, they all sounded generic.

For example, a light campfire skill sounds too pathetic compared to holy magic or summon sentient sword. It costs 1 GP compared to the summon sentient sword which costs 8 GP.

Looking through the list of elemental skills I noticed a break in the pattern. Elemental mastery like flame, water, wind, electric, ice, are equally priced as 5 GP however the earth element is 2 GP. I brought it up and the Goddess explained.

"The humans view the earth element as inferior compared to the rest, you will also notice the holy and dark elements to be of higher price. That is because humans view the holy element as superior while the demons view the dark element to be superior. Their beliefs influences the value of the elements.

"I see, and why is that?" I asked.

"In a demon society, having a dark element will immediately grant you a superior position over those that do not have it. It is the same for the humans, a portion of them even worship the holy element."

It took almost an hour for me to choose the skills that seemed useful. As time went on, I slowly deliberated and chose the skills that I fancied. There were times where I had to return a skill because I ran out of GP or found another skill that I wanted.

Earth elemental mastery for 2 GP, it allows me to cast magic related to earth. Increases my ability to learn earth spells and proficiency over casting them. Reduces the mana I use when casting earth related spells.

Mana mastery I for 1 GP, Increases my control over spells, Increases my control over mana and finally allows me to store more mana.

Mana mastery II for 2 GP, strengthens my mana mastery.

Artificial brain for 4 GP, creates another brain that allows me to think faster, strengthens my memory, and process information separately. It acts as a back up storage where I can store information and take it whenever necessary. It is practically a computer that I can access with my brain.

Strong body I, strengthens my body and increase its durability and regeneration. It increases my resistance to everyday sickness, poisons, and recovery from them.

"That's all of it." I said while observing my new status page.

"By my will," The Goddess spoke and the atmosphere suddenly grew heavy as an impending pressure slowly dominated everything around me. The crystal which housed my body could not compare to the terrifying pressure that threatens to crush me entirely.

"These blessings are unfading," Her was voice tranquil and yet it echoed inside my head and resonated within me, seemingly engraving itself to my very soul, to the core of my existence.

"Unending," A feeling of eternal gaze draped itself upon my body.

"Undying," Claws of deathly aura grasped my body and was gripping tightly, only for a force from within to resist rip the claws to pieces.

"And unceasing, it will never leave you and you will be unable to leave it. Your soul shall carry this blessings for eternity." Her voice slowly calming down and leaving my head as she spoke.

It felt amazing as power seemingly surged within me.

"Do not be fooled, these blessings does not make you a super human. Compared to the majority of the beings residing in this world, you are but a weak child. Do not let this inflate your ego and your head." She warned.

"Understood" I nodded in a serious manner.

"Good, then it is time for you to leave. Farewell." As she spoke, everything faded into darkness.
