chapter 25 Meeting some agents of S.H.E.I.L.D

Maria hill: "my name is Maria hill agent of S.H.E.I.L.D you both are under arrest come please come quietly." as she said the all the agents raised their weapons. as this happened I raised a brow in confusion but I could see Peter was panicking and also so I guess I have to take charge.

"now hold on why don't we calm down no need for all the guns you got the wrong guys and sense were Hero's and all." o said raising my hands to show I mean no harm while also equipping [blue eyes white Dragon] as my monster just in case this standoff turned into a shootout.

Maria hill: "all I have to do is bring you both in for questioning on why a S.H.E.I.L.D storage facility was not only found but broken into with multiple missing items so what will it be I don't ask twice?" man did I know that this was the vision of Maria hill from Avengers earth mightiest heroes meaning she was the complete opposite of her MCU counterpart rash and hot-headed and always wants heroes to be registered under S.H.E.I.L.D rules so negation was almost not an option, and don't have the clout like other heroes to resist this without a fight breaking out.

Spider-Man: "it is just questioning and besides I know what happened or my point of view so it should be a piece of cake."

(one hour later)

Spider-Man: "well I think it's going pretty good so far I mean they put us in a cell together so I count that as a win," Peter said while we were inside a cell on the helicarrier. after we surrender it included our equipment meaning my shield and both swords being taken from me and spider-mans web-shooters were also taken. and both of us be escorted on to a quinjet and being investigated by some low-level agents. I didn't recognize and the system just displayed [S.H.E.I.L.D agent grunt Lv. 10] but I didn't lie about what happened and after 20 minutes of me repeating myself I was put in a cell 10 minutes later spider-man was sitting across from me and he told me what happened at the robbery.

"if this is a win I don't want to know what you consider a lose" then someone stood in front of the door to our cell {which was some type of glass panel} and I recognized him immediately tall well built and a classic eye patch and goatee and had black hair but with grey on the side.

Nick fury: "gentleman sorry for the wait I had other business to attend to when I heard about the incident hope your stay with us so far was pleasant" he had no expression on his face when saying this and me and Peter glanced at each other.

Spider-Man: "well being interrogated for 30 minutes and being left in a cell for 30 more doesn't help with the introduction"

"what he said we told your grunts everything we know so how about you let us go so we can go back to fighting crime and maybe catch your crooks while we're at it" I was getting tired and irritated of being kept in a cell and none of my monsters helped with that feeling especially Zilla and my dragon forms which made it worse.

"that's exactly why I have come to you both thanks to Spiderman's and other testimonies we now know this wasn't just a simple smash and grab of S.H.E.I.L.D equipment" he grabbed a device that looks like some kind of remote but then expands into a touchpad. then the glass cell door showed multiple images of different warehouses and storage containers that were broken into with different companies logos on it like Oscorp industry's, Wayne tech, Stark industry's, even Kord industry's but one company I didn't see was Lexcorp.

Spider-Man: "now hold on some of these are some pretty big names these guys have hit how come I haven't heard anything about any of them getting robbed' that was a good point if an Apple warehouse was robbed that would make the front page news.

Nick fury: "that's because for most companies would rather not have something like this plastered on the news and because everyone's front-page story now are giant monsters coming out of the ocean then banks and robbers." multiple pictures and live broadcasts from the daily bugle, daily planet, Gotham news, and CNN all showing or talking about the titans and what should be done about them.

"so you come to us because....?" don't get me wrong ever since I got the system and got all these monsters I like a good fight but I haven't fought any supervillains yet and I want to know my place on the pecking order, but I know there has to be more to this then fury asking for help from one unknown hero and a still novice Spider-Man.

Nick Fury: "I came just from him (points to Spider-Man) but you were next to him and I won't look a gift horse in the mouth and my team could use all the help they can get now if you will follow me ill brief you on the way to meet your team and transport." he walked down the hallway as the cell door opened and the cuffs on our wrists fell to the floor.

Spider-Man: "but we haven't...." as Spidey was about to say something I walked past him to catch up to fury and just gave him a shrug before turning the corner ".... how do I get in these situations..... hey wait up!" as he caught up fury began the mission orientation and guided tour of the helicarrer itself. soon we made our way past multiple layers of cells to a training area the size of a two basketball court. multiple agents are inside doing all kinds of stretches and exercises and with some combat training which some came to a stop as the director himself passed by the open double door with two caped crusaders behind him, I could see some of the agents whisper and run off to what I assume is the locker room to spread the word. soon we passed by what was research & engineering where we heard multiple small explosions behind the door then came stumbling Three people in lab coats all I recognized and used [observed]

Connors: "Spider-Man what are you...? how are you here?" he took the help up and hugged peter while they caught up I watched the future couple beg for forgiveness from fury both looking down as fury only had a smirk on his face if he already knew or expected this was going to happen.

Fitz: "please accept our apology fury we were just curious about the new laser system that was being developed....."

Simmons: "and we had already loaded and prepped all of our equipment inside the bus so we....."

Nick fury: "got a little ahead of your selves and caused this mess" looking into the lab we could see the mess in detail as burn marks and multiple items were cut in half inside the laboratory "doctor Connors please lead the cleanup Fitz and Simmons join us on our walk get acquainted with your new temporary team members" as he said this they looked up and saw us and I saw the artillery of questions we were going to be hit with being loaded by the scientists.
