The wizard's castle

Early the next morning, the supreme king and his son Dracos went to visit the wizard of guile at his castle.

The castle was in the highest mountain of the universe (mount Droxx), on getting there, the king servant blew his trumpet at the gate signaling his arrival.

***Fuuuuzzzzz***

Immediately, Guile was seen coming towards the visitors in a white cloud...

"Ramsis! you came to visit me after so many years?!" Guile asked with an astonished look. (Ramsis is the nickname given to the supreme king by Guile; recall that they used to be very close pals).

It's been two million years since they both came together.

***Hehehe***

Smiling at guile as if finding the question funny, the king replied guile

"Yes Guile, I have to!"

Seeing the serious look displayed by his friend, the wizard quickly responded, "Oh! my bad, please come in and settle down, you must be tired."

Immediately, the gate gave way allowing the visitors to proceed to the compound.

Once inside the castle, Ramsis introduced Dracos to the wizard as the next king.

***Sigh***

**Cutting the long silence between them**

"Hope you brought it Ramsis?" Guile quickly asked the king in expectation.

"Oh! you meant the apple of the king, I can't forget to get you, not when I know you preferred it to anything that ever exists," replied the king.

***Kpruu! kpruuu!!***

***chewing***

"Hmm! I so missed this fruit you know, Ramsis...but.....Ramsis, what's the issue that you came visiting today, and who is that young lad that came with you?"

***Hehehe***

With a smile, the king replied Guile, "Oh that!...the lad is why I came actually, he's Dracos, my first Son and I came to make him known to you and also see how he can get to know you better, you know."

***Squinting***

"Ramsis, if that's your heir, I fear for the kingdom because that lad standing there will ruin everything that is good," Guile said to the king with a pitiful appearance as if he's already in danger.

***What?!!!***

Shocked from hearing Guile and looking at Dracos briefly, he shook his head....

"That's not possible, he's a sweet boy and I must say that he'll be a better king than I am."

***Huh!!!***

Looking at the king as if he's stupid

"Please call him here Ramsis," Guile uttered.

The king quickly beckoned to Dracos who immediately moved swiftly to the king and the wizard.

Moving closer, Guile could only feel a deeper aura of evil around him and in an instant, he knew that this evil in him could only be matched by the 'God of gods'; it's an evil that will consume him, the wizard of immortality(Guile).

After a little chat with Dracos, suddenly, Guile screamed so loud that it thundered...

***Gbuarrrrraaaa!!!***

"Alas!!!!!!!!"

"Alassssssssss!!"

"O Ramsis my beloved friend, the future is uncertain, darkness too great is standing before me that I can see only but a dot of light!!!"

"Hope is slim, Ramsis.....hope is but a reality that is uncertain in his time!!!"

***What?!!!***

Shocked, with mouth agape, the king could only behold his friend wrapped in bright light why his voice thundered, he wondered how dark and uncertain this darkness spoken of could be.

***Shrriiiii***

Calming down and being himself, Guile quickly left the visitors but before leaving, he left a few words with his old pal...

"Ramsis, I will come to see you with answers, please go home."

***Huh***

So confused was the king that he just have to look at his son with no word to utter...

"Let's go home," he charged his companions.

....

That very night, Dracos couldn't sleep, his head was filled with thoughts of what took place during the day.

In his part of the castle, he was seen moving to and fro, speaking to himself as if obsessed about getting something.

***Damn!!!***

"I need to act fast before things get out of hand; it's as if Guile is about to find out my plans and I can't let that happen."

***Sigh***

"What can I do now that can make Guile silent forever? Can I bribe him? will he accept it? Of course not!"

"Oh!!! I'm doomed," Dracos exclaimed as if tormented by bruises.

***Puff***

***Hesitating**

"Oh, Guile!!! how can I get you out of the way without destroying myself? I can't defeat you cus of your enormous power."

"If only I can bring you to a mere Gods but can I?"

.....a sudden thought ran through his head.

***Kriiiiiii***

With excitement, he ordered his thoughts...

"Maybe there's a way and I haven't just found it, there ought to be one."

"Oh Yes!!!"

"That's it, the apple of the king, a bite will do the killing."

***Damn!!!***

A worried countenance immediately came on him...

"A poison can't kill you, can it?"

"Nooooooooooo...o!!!"

"He's more like the supreme Gods and a poison can't harm him even slightly."

***Hmmm***

***Pufffff***

With hands-on his lips.....

***Zruup***

"Yes! that's it, only a stab from the Dagger of immortality which is always by Guile and with Guile can harm him, but how do I get the dagger from him without first dying myself?"

***Deep thoughts***

***Smirk***

"Doe poison can't harm a supreme king, more so Guile but there isn't anyone who won't fall asleep when injected or given a dose of the ancient oak pill of Mamre (a tree that grew on the burial site of the supreme Gods; having an untraceable effect) and not even Guile, the wizard of immortality can sense it and that is all I need, that's it!"

"If I can make him have a bite, then my job is done. Thank be the God of gods who made the ancient oak, whose usefulness is very much needed at a time like mine!" Dracos exclaimed, feeling proud of himself to be able to achieve such feet of thoughts.

The Supreme Gods was having a troubled feeling, contemplating deeply on what Guile said...

His thoughts went wild and he wondered how great the trouble and darkness Guile spoke of could mean.....

"How am I going to resolve this issue, seeing it's only going to rip the kingdom apart."

"I can't crown Oasis in Dracos stead..can I?

"Even if I do, I'm afraid a war will break forth and that I must avoid."

"I will have to stick to my initial plan of making Dracos king till Guile come up with what situation we're dealing with here....

Having a long day and also with a satisfying plan, Dracos retired for the day...
