The story of Dracos
Mer kino looked at kafas and smiled, seeing the concern on his face...
"Let us have a Sit kafas," pointing to an old mat at a corner..and continued immediately they settled...
"To conquer your enemy, you need to understand him and surely, history offers the bedrock to build upon," said master kino with a smile.
"You know, Dracos wasn't, in the beginning, a monster, no! History has it that Dracos and Oasis were twin Brothers, children of the Supreme Gods; Zenos who's their Father, and Xenia their Mother, both parents loved the twin.
Dracos was the eldest among the twin and he was so loved by their parent and him being the heir to the supreme throne, the entire galaxy sing his praise," Master kino narrate with enthusiasm and joyful remarks.
"I don't understand master Kino. If Dracos was so loved, what then led to him becoming who he is because from what you've said so far, there seem to be no reason for things to be the way they're right now," with a confused look,kafas quickly asked.
***Hesitating for a while***
"You're right kafas, everything was his already but you see, the issue wasn't from no one but himself; the problem was his obsession."
"Dracos was so obsessed with obtaining power that he lost his sense of reasoning," master kino recounts.
Kafas couldn't see reason with what master kino was saying, how can someone who holds everything in his grab suddenly become an imbecile.
"Obsession? How master kino?" Kafas quickly ask to get his curiosity settled.
"You see kafas, patients is a virtue that not everyone posses and Dracos is a good example of an inpatient fellow."
"Yes, he'll be the next ruler of the Galaxy but instead of waiting for his time, he chooses to take his destiny early."
It was as if master kino was speaking in riddles as kafas stared at him, trying to decipher what he's saying.
"You see kafas, it happened that Dracos had a problem with the number of years his Father will be on the throne before going to the land of the immortals; for Gods are expected to live a minimum of twelve million years before they sojourn to the land of the immortals but Dracos couldn't wait that long."
"Seeing that his father the king had lived only five million years and is expected to be on the throne another seven million years, Dracos sought out ways to seize power and feeding his obsession, he inevitably started to plot the Death of his own Father."
...
"Wait! what?!" immediately, an exclamation left kafas' lip as he tries to decipher the extent of Dracos' obsession.
With a shocked expression and full of wonder,kafas asked himself some series of questions...
"What went wrong with Dracos as a child that affected his way of thinking?"
"Was he possessed by an evil force which made him think so stupidly?"
"How on Earth will one who's the owner of a property decide to rob his property?"
As expected, no answer was found for the questions in his head, then looking up to master kino, kafas asked...
"Hope he never carried out his plans?"
"Oh kafas, if his plans were not successful, what then are we doing here?!!!" Master kino's reply brought kafas to the reality of his existence as a liberator ....and he continued...
"Oasis noticed his eldest brother act was being off the reality of his person, so he went to him and inquire if everything was okay but was unable to get him to confide in him."
"After his failed attempt, he decided to stay close to his brother's track; I might get to know the issue and see how I might help if I should stay close to his tracks," he thought.
"Oh, Dracos was cunningly clever, he knew confiding on anyone would only lead to failure, so he kept it all to himself, plotting and patiently waiting for the right moment to strike."
"During the twin Seven hundred Birthday, a day of the coronation of Dracos as the crown prince, he struck."
Out of curiosity,kafas quickly asked master kino why Dracos had to wait till his coronation as a crown prince before executing his plan of seizing power...
"Oh, kafas!it would be foolish of him not to wait, for to seize power, you must position yourself to be the sole benefactor of it," replied master kino.
"Oh, I see!" Kafas replied scratching his head as if a sense of enlightenment just struck him.
From what kafas understood, if Dracos had not waited to be coronated first if the king should die without coronating the prince that will take over him, then his brother can contend for the throne and that is not very nice.
"But something was not right," master kino continued.."to kill a supreme Gods is almost as impossible as the word 'not possible'. "
"For if Dracos plan was to be effective, then he need make no mistake; the slightest mistake will cause him the ugliest, fatal and drastic way to die."
"This, Dracos is very much aware and treading cautiously was his only option, making sure that no one has a clue of what he's cooking, not even Oasis his twin must be aware.."
"He had to conceive and execute this plan of his personally and though Oasis suspected that things are nor right, it was nothing but mere suspicion."
.....
"Before the day of his coronation as crown prince, Dracos taught deeply in his study how he could effectively execute his plans with no one suspecting him; he went through research, looking for answers to his plight."
"He was looking specifically for two things; if there's anything that can help decrease the power of a supreme Gods, at least what can make him become like any other Gods in the universe and also a weapon that conceals his effect after use," with a painful expression on his face, master kino continued...
"The plan was to seize power without having anyone disputing the fact that it was through the right channel of succession that power was obtained, thus; the need to conceal the effect of the weapon after the action was performed was vital..."
