"Oh... walk straight and turn to the right then you will find a room. She's probably in there." I had taken a look at the system provided map. With this, I know the position of anyone in the dungeon. "If that is all I will be leaving..." I am definitely getting out of here. Spending time with this muscle head will be detrimental to my intelligence. On the map, more people entered. They were under the temple of Dusk. Some of them stayed and guarded the entrance. This... how am I going out get out now... do I have to kill them?

Seeing that I was about to leave, Britinia speak up to me. "Wait, could escort the princess to the princess castle?" Seeing that I did not reply the knight was anxious. "We will reward you with 100- no 500 gold coins if you agree."

If I can abuse my powers while exploring the kingdom under this job it would be great! Thinking about his I readily accepted the knight's request. Besides, I can earn easy money from this job, and I can continue pretending to be a skilled mage while digging for information. Since it looks like this paladin intends on following us, I can dig out more information on the current situation outside this kingdom. "Sure!" I replied. I then proceed to guide the knight to the princess location. "Wait, what about me?" The paladin asked. "If I let you leave won't you attack me again?" I chuckled and waited for her to reply.

"..." Seeing her intention of not replying, I helplessly told no.1 to release her. If something happens to her, the temple of peace might be angered. Besides, I have already silently cast a binding spell in case she decided to attack me. Silently, the two of them followed me.

"May I know your names?" Dan asked, breaking the silence. "Tch, though you are not a demon, you are a greedy human. Only helping others due to the promised pay, I won't let someone like you know my name and sully my reputation." The paladin replied restlessly. "This lowly one is called Britinia." The knight replied smoothly.

"So what is a paladin from the temple of peace doing here? Preparing to get rid of the temple of Dusk?" I asked again. "The temple of Dusk has committed heinous crimes. I am here for the sake of the innocents and purge the evil on this land." The paladin answered with pride. "I see..." Dan replied normally. Entering the room, a small figure could be seen behind a chest. Slight sobbing sounds could be heard.

"Princess!"Britinia cried out when she saw the princess. Hearing the familiar voice the princess turned towards us. "Britinia!" she ran over and hugged Britinia, "I'm glad that you are alright." During this reunion, a certain brainless person couldn't read the mood and spoken up. "How is the royal family connected to the royal family? And what deals did you sign with that fake god?" The paladin looked stern and turned towards the princess. "Audacious! You dare speak to the royal family in this manner!"Not pleased by the paladin's questioning, Britinia shouted at her.

"Do you not know what crimes are committed by the royal family of Dusk? Working with a false god is a sin! I am a paladin of justice, I won't let evil prevail in his rotten land." Again, she drew her blade and charged toward the princess. The moment she drew her blade, chains came from the ground and bound her to the ground. "Yo-ou... what wicked spell have you cast. RELEASE ME AT ONCE!" The proud paladin couldn't stand the humiliation of being suppressed and screamed at Dan.

"Do you have the evidence? If not, try jumping to conclusions again and I might resort to more violent means..." Do they have to fight in front of me... do it after my job is finished? The princess doesn't seem to be someone who kills or makes shady deals. Whatever I will just finish this job and hurry to increase my tier. I can't wait to make it to the 10th tier. The number of spells I can cast at 10th tier would be astronomical. After I spoke, the paladin did not bring up the topic of the royal family again. We continued our journey in silence.

The power of the kingdom now seems weak. I should probably make a presence and gather supporters now, then give them benefits by converting to a fake religion created by me. According to the system, I can cheat the current gods into thinking that I am a slumbering god that had just awakened, then I can gather followers and brainwash them into loyal subjects. Starting off with a base of faith is important for mortals who want to be a god. That will take some time before that could happen. I need to become more powerful first.

After wandering aimlessly for a few minutes, I came to a stop. "What's wrong?"Britinia asked. "There's a goblin king ahead. I will handle it." [Six Swords of Lights] six swords made of light formed behind my back. I commanded one of them ahead.

"Gaaa..." Immediately, a roaring sound could be heard. "How annoying..."I mumbled to myself and sent all 5 swords ahead. The roaring sound stopped, replaced by explosion sounds. I then continued walking. "Just like this... the goblin king was killed... who is he-e?"The princess' eyes widen with shocked from the scene, she whispered to Britinia not knowing that I can hear them clearly. "I hired him to escort us. Don't worry... high tier magicians are incredibly powerful." She reassured the princess. Well, it seems that I am quite overpowered when matched up against others of the same tier. Are there people who are more powerful than me in the same tier, I wondered.

Apparently, playing mysterious and aloof can make others be wary of me and try not to offend me. I guess I will continue acting as a powerful person. I enjoy looking at the paladin's expressions using the system camera view. Her face distorted after viewing my power, who knows what she is thinking about... I am guessing that she views greed as a form of evil too. So she probably hates that I am powerful and thinks that I am greedy because of this job, well, she is not wrong that I am greedy.

As we approached the entrance we were spotted by the followers of the temple of Dusk. Since I was feeling too lazy to cast a spell, I just sent no.1 ahead and beat them up. We then continued journeying to the princess castle.
