Bride of Destruction and Rebirth of Ambition

Lucius Malfoy woke up with a groan, and realized he was tied to a wooden pole. The next thing he realized was that he was above a crowd of people in Diagon Alley, no doubt at the top of the stairs of Gringotts. "Ah, Lucy. Finally awake, are we?" A feminine voice asked.

Turning his head, he saw none other than Cinder Potter staring at him with a "cat caught the canary" look. Potter was dressed in a spaghetti-strapped red dress with gold trims that had a slit up her leg, black high heels, and also wore gold hoop earrings. She had her ashen-colored hair over her shoulder, her bangs covered her left eye, and had on lipstick that seemed to enhance her beauty, and even had eyeshadow that gave her the image of having fire in her eyes that brought out her amber-colored irises. "Potter!? What's the meaning of this!? Let me down this instant!" Malfoy demanded.

"I don't think you're in any position to make demands, dear ol' Lucy. You see, you have been a thorn in my side for FAR too long. By the way, have you met my lord, Mehrunes Dagon? He's been quite eager to meet you." Cinder stated as Mehrunes Dagon appeared in orange magical energy, and stood beside her.

Seeing the Daedric Prince caused Malfoy to pale dramatically... especially after feeling Dagon's malicious aura. Whoever this was, he was far more powerful than the Dark Lord, of THAT Lucius was certain of.

Mehrunes Dagon was a tall, muscular, red-skinned demon with four arms connected by the shoulders, and had scars and ritualistic tattoos all over his body. He had crimson irises with black sclera, six horns atop his head, four additional spikes on his chin, elven-like ears that were pierced with gold hoop earrings, and had clawed hands and feet. He wore a leather neck brace with strips of leather with chainmail hanging from his chest, back, and shoulders. He also wore studded leather guards with more chainmail, and had a leather belt with a strange symbol on the front.

The demon then turned away from them, and faced the crowd who were shrinking away in fear of seeing Dagon in his terrible glory. "People of Magical Britain." He addressed. His deep, rumbling voice echoed over the entire alley despite appearing to be only 6 feet tall. "For far too long have you languished in your ways. Corruption and evil run rampant in this world because you refuse to change and do something against them. Here is a young girl who has suffered because of your inaction and complacency. Abused by both mundane and magical alike.

"Because of your sheep mentality, you decide that Cinder is a hero one moment, and a villain when it suits you. A fine example of this mentality would be her second year when Slytherin's Basilisk was released and started petrifying students. Just because she is bilingual, you automatically label her as a Dark Lady without having all of your facts.

"Another example is just last year when she was entered into that farce of a tournament that resulted in the death of one of her schoolmates. A death which your corrupted government blames Cinder for, by the way. The same government that allows terrorists like Lucius Malfoy and his ilk to get off on a technicality due to bribery. The same government that has sent innocent men to Azkaban prison on multiple occasions without a fair trial, or without having all of the evidence.

"Is THIS the kind of government you want protecting you? A government that will willingly let rapists and killers loose with the right amount of gold? A government that throws innocent men into prison without a right to a fair trial? I ask you, is your Minister of Magic even worth protecting, knowing he is incompetent and corrupt without a shadow of a doubt?" He asked, earning whispers from the crowd that was holding onto every word he said.

"Amelia Bones. Step forward." He ushered as the woman in question did as she was told. She and some of her Aurors were already in the alley when Dagon and Potter arrived with Malfoy Sr tied to a pyre. "This. This is someone who I would want to rule a government. Amelia Bones has a reputation of being stern but even-handed. She is unbribable, not intimidated by others with higher positions of power. She is the very definition of incorruptible." Dagon praised, causing the witch in question to nod her head at Dagon's description of her.

"For far too long have you listened to the wrong sort. Listening to the poisoned words of a corrupted ministry. A corrupted ministry that has oppressed Muggle-born, and magical creatures for centuries because of Pure-blood discrimination. Tell me, why do you listen to a government that oppresses its citizens? You, who are considered of lesser blood, are oppressed and enslaved by those claiming to be "High-born". Why not rise up, and show that you will no longer be oppressed, and subjugated to slavery. Why not rise up in retaliation for the wrongdoings of an immoral government?" He asked, smirking when everyone shouted in agreement.

Turning his head to face Cinder. He nodded, which was returned before the ashen-haired beauty lit the pyre, making Malfoy scream in pain. "Dumbledore and Malfoy have convinced Cornelius Oswald Fudge that it was by Cinder's hand that Cedric Diggory died by. Allow me to put that notion to rest. Once and for all. Cedric Diggory was murdered by Peter Pettigrew on Voldemort's orders shortly before he regained a corporeal form. You can either be fearful of Voldemort's return, or you can strike back, and show that you will not bow." He stated, earning a riotous applause.

"I am Mehrunes Dagon. Daedric Prince of Destruction, Change, Revolution, Ambition, and Energies. When I found Cinder Potter, she was an abused girl who refused to be cowed into submission. Her will is indomitable. Her ambition is righteous. Her power is great, and her influence is even greater. If you desire change in the world, then throw your support behind her cause, and she will give you that which you seek. Her ambition is to cleanse this world of corruption and wickedness by baptizing it in fire. Those who support change will have a future in a better, more perfect world, while those who remain set in their ways will be left in the ashes.

"Who among you will be chosen to have a future in the dawn of a new era, and who will be left to burn? Change is inevitable. It is a fact of life. Nothing remains the same forever. To attempt to keep the status quo is a fool's errand. It is better to evolve than it is to remain the same." He stated, earning another applause.

Cinder had to give it to her lord, he knew how to get a crowd's attention. If he had been like this on Nirn, she wouldn't doubt that he would be successful. But now that Nirn was forever beyond his reach, this approach would be just as effective on Earth.

Suddenly, she was grabbed and pulled into a deep, soul-searing kiss. She was startled for a second before relaxing into it when she realized that it was her lord that had pulled her into the kiss. She even threw her arms around his neck, and returned the kiss with fervor.

Suddenly, Dagon's hands started channeling crimson magic, and Cinder was then enveloped in the same crimson magic as Dagon imbued her with the power of the Four Ambitions combined into one. When the magic died, Cinder could feel her power growing with every passing second. "I have taken into deep consideration, and I have come to the conclusion that I would have you as my consort. When you take this world for your own, you deserve a king fit to rule by your side." He explained as they broke apart.

"And let me guess. No mere mortal is good enough for me?" Cinder asked seductively. Her answer came in the form of another passionate kiss. Their magic interlocking with one another, finding them compatible with each other. The two then vanished in orange magical energy, leaving behind a stunned crowd and a still-burning pyre.

Narcissa Malfoy, now Black, looked at the scene before her, and knew that the Dark Lord and Dumbledore were royally screwed. Had they simply left Cinder Potter alone, then MAYBE they wouldn't have to deal with this new player on the board. As it stood, Narcissa knew that both sides were in for a helluva time. Cinder Potter had the backing of a Demon God, and there was nothing anyone could do. At least her loveless marriage was over with, she thought with some satisfaction. Now, she had the freedom to do as she pleased. She truly owed the girl a debt of gratitude.

~Scene Change~

Cinder and Dagon reappeared at the edge of Malfoy Manor's wards to test Cinder's new power. "Such a pretty manor. Such a shame it has to burn." Cinder mourned as she put her hand on her cheek, earning a chuckle from her new husband.

"Not as glorious as Avalon Castle, however." He commented.

"I don't think ANYWHERE can possibly compare to the majestic beauty of Avalon." Cinder agreed before summoning forth her magic. Instead of being the normal color of orange and yellow, her fire now took on a completely crimson appearance as a result of being given a portion of Dagon's essence. She then threw her hands forward and a MASSIVE torrent of crimson fire shattered the wards with ease, and lit the manor aflame. She slowly lowered her hands with a sadistic grin on her face. She was giddy at the sheer amount of power she had.

Suddenly, she heard the tell-tale sound of Apparition. Cinder and Dagon then turned to see a stunned Voldemort and his followers. "Ah, Tommy-boy! Do you like what I've done with the place? I think it's quite the improvement, don't you think?" Cinder asked, eliciting a chuckle from her new mate.

Voldemort was then filled with absolute rage at seeing Malfoy Manor burn. "Potter! You'll pay for this! Avada Kedavra!" He intoned, but the Killing Curse splashed harmlessly against Cinder's Fire Aura, shocking Voldemort and the Death Eaters.

"That's impossible! Nothing can block a Killing Curse!" Nott exclaimed, earning a devious smirk from the beautiful ashen-haired teen that was wreathed in crimson flames. A smirk that was shared by the demonic monstrosity beside her.

Suddenly, Cinder shot upwards with her Pyrokinetic Flight ability while Dagon grew to his gigantic form in fiery orange energy. Once he was at his true height, the night sky became red and meteors started raining down, followed by a 9.5 Earthquake and a Category 4 Hurricane. This ensued panic among the Death Eaters.

"What manner of magic is this?!" Voldemort demanded as he and his followers levitated themselves to the same height as Cinder to avoid the Earthquake. For the first time in his life, Lord Voldemort felt true, GENUINE fear!

Meanwhile, buildings were collapsing and people were dying in the streets. Panic erupted all over the world. People were even prophesying the end of the world as meteors rained from the heavens, Earthquakes and Hurricanes destroyed buildings with ease. Volcanoes erupted all over the planet, and powerful Tornadoes tore through valleys, leaving thousands dead in their wake. Entire countries were flooded! It was a cataclysm of epic proportions!

Back with Cinder and Dagon, they both took delight in the faces of fear that was directed at them. "What's the matter, Tom?! Snake got your tongue?!" Cinder cackled as a fire Tornado passed them by. Thanks to Dagon's power, nobody was sucked into it.

"Potter! What have you done?!" Voldemort demanded.

"The power he knows not, Tommy-boy! It's not love like that senile old bastard believed! No! It's the power of a Daedric Prince who has the power to tear this world asunder! Tommy, allow me to introduce you to my new hubby! Mehrunes Dagon! Father of Cataclysms, and Lord of Fire and Flood!" Cinder introduced as Dagon caught a bolt of lightning and used that lightning to electrocute the Death Eaters, Voldemort having dodged out of the way.

Voldemort watched as a good portion of his allies got incinerated by lightning before he disapparated. He did NOT want to tangle with a force like THAT! Not without an ally of his own to match Dagon.

As soon as Voldemort was gone, the Great Cataclysm had ceased, but the sky remained red. "Well." Cinder started. "That was fun!" She stated as she landed on Dagon's shoulder.

Her statement caused the monstrous Daedric Prince to chuckle in amusement at his new consort. "Agreed. How about we return to the castle to consummate our union." Dagon suggested, earning an eager nod from the girl.

"Yeah, that's sounds good. After that, we can start planning Tommy-boy's downfall... and the Bumblebee's." Cinder agreed as a manic grin spread across her face.

With that, the duo vanished, making the sky return to night. Albus Dumbledore and Tom Riddle were going to sorely regret pissing her off, and she couldn't wait to bathe them in flames! Along with anyone who dared to cross her.

(A/N: And cut! That's Chapter 4. I hope you guys enjoyed it! I'm so terribly sorry that it's taken me forever to update, but I couldn't think of how to progress the story. If you liked it, let me know, and if you hated it, also let me know and I'll try to rewrite the chapter. I'm so glad that I at least managed to finish it, even if it IS a bit late, but oh well. I'll go ahead and post this chapter, and start working on the next. Until next time. Ciao!)
