Esther takes a look at the time at her wristwatch and then back at her weird best friends.

"I can grant you at most 15 minutes by that time you both don't dress up. I won't think twice before leaving you both here. And I don't think I need to remind you but you don't have your bank cards with you since I was your source of money last night. So if I leave…." She couldn't complete her words as her friends ran past her towards the bathroom but it was another battle since there were two against one.

One bathroom and two girls, obviously they can't shower together like in their childhood.

"One of you could use the bathroom of another room. Just next to this room." Esther spoke as she stared at her phone, scrolling down.

Viviana rushed out of the room to the other. She closed the door with a bang.

A silly and subtle smile broke out on her face.

She didn't waste more of her time and checked her emails. She saw that her assistant, Kylie had not responded to her message regarding the date.

Send me the report about the ongoing preparation of the upcoming gala next month. Also, tell me what happened on a date night and don't try to ignore it. Since even if you don't tell me, I can still find it out, however, you would have to be punished for disobeying your higher-ups. ]

Esther sensed something wrong and odd considering how Kylie would always tell her everything as even after one week from that date, she has not spoken a word about it. Therefore she was a bit worried for her. She knew she had to use her Boss and Employee card now to learn the truth.

After 7 minutes, Esther had a clicking sound. Among the three of them, Viviana was the one to take the longest time to shower and dress up. She let Alisha dry her hair with the hairdryer.

"I don't have anything to wear…" Alisha showed her concern as she was sure that she won't be wearing her last night's dress back again. She was a hygienic person still due to their craziness she had to wear her previous day's undergarments. This gave her a sullen look.

Esther furrowed her eyebrows at her, "Do I need to take you to an eye specialist? I shouldn't ruin time but reserve an appointment with the best ophthalmologist."

"I get that you are happy at my grief and partially irritated but I don't have another set of clothes." She sighed in disappointment and sat on the bed with her hands landing on a paper bag.

Alisha peeped at the bag beneath her hand. She opened it and found two sets of clothes along with two different sized pairs of undergarments.

She shot a glare at Esther, who remained unbothered by the intensity of it, "You could have told me earlier that you bought clothes with you." She snickered at her poker-faced friend.

Esther discerned the hidden blame targeted at her yet who was she, the great Esther Ross, known by her blunt replies and sharpness. Her words were akin to acids that carried enough fire to burn the insides of anyone, trying to go defy her. Someone even gave her a name, Fiery Phoenix as her lips spew out hot flames.

Alisha still dared to retort at Esther as she was her best friend. If not then she wouldn't have dared to look at her.

Esther said nothing yet Alisha could feel the temperature going down. She tightened her hold on her big and thick bathrobe.

She gulped her non-existing saliva and did not attempt to remark again.

"I should go and change into these. I am feeling cold." Alisha didn't wait for a second more for Esther to emit fire and burn her alive.

She went past at the speed of light's speed. Only then she remembered that she had a time limit too.

This time she came out in clothes and not the bathrobe. Esther checked out her overall appearance and stood up. She took the bag lying on the bed and strolled out of the unknown room.

They saw Michael standing uptight outside the room. He looked menacing.

Alisha leaned to Esther, "You know, I pity uncle Michael, he is always misunderstood by others just because of his fearsome looks."

Esther cast a confused stare, asking what she meant from her words. Alisha returned her stare with an equally confused look. Esther turned her head straight. She should not have hoped for her slow brained friend to comprehend her actions. She shook her head for her lack of attention.

"Seth, you are yet to tell us where you had disappeared last night," Alisha mumbled closer to her ears.

Esther momentarily paused but it went unnoticed by excited and happy Alisha.

'What should I explain to them? I met a stranger and we kissed and later we arrived at his room. After which whatever happened is unknown to me also.' Just thinking about being interrogated by her friends like a serious crime killer, gave her a headache.

'I must not have given in to Viviana.'

Yesterday, Viviana had pestered Esther a lot. She kept talking about how bored it is to stay inside a villa while we are in the 'City of Lights'. She described to her how big of an offence they unknowingly committed and to correct them they should go clubbing, since Esther didn't agree with her.

In the end, she had to use her master weapon, acting super cute like a baby since no one has the guts to avoid babies and she got successful.

Also, puppy eyes were Esther's weakness. The one that none was aware of it aside from her family and close ones.

That was how Viviana tricked Esther and they had spent a wild night in the club and she lost her first kiss to a stranger.

'The guy was undoubtedly above those male models. He could sub-par with Gods.' She thought as she reminisced about him and the scorching kiss after the mere touch of their lips.

"Seth? Are you okay? Did you catch a fever?" Alisha fired questions at Esther whose neck and cheeks got covered with a red hue.

Alisha observed her friend's flustered and dazed demeanour.
