10 years later...

Eclipse and Raine had grown very close. They were like sisters now. They had grown into beautiful 19 year-old girls. Raine's burgundy hair shone under the sun and her sky blue eyes sparkled. Eclipse's hair had become darker in color, her emerald Green eyes glinted like gems, her snow white skin looked like the sun had never touched it, as if she had never done any hard work in her life. Their beauty commanded attention wherever they went.

EARLY IN THE MORNING...

Eclipse and Raine were standing at the entrance of Eclipse's house. Eclipse was talking to her 74 year-old grandmother who had aged with grace. Although her skin was wrinkled and her back was hunched, if one looked at her closely, he/she would see that she was a beauty in her youth. "Granny...Raine and I are going to the farm to harvest some potatoes and onions for lunch." Eclipse's Angelic voice was heard by Daisy who was sitting on the old rickety chair. She permitted them to go and instructed them to be careful. They nodded and left for the farm which was close to the forbidden forest. They walked hand-in-hand .

On their way, many people turned and stared at the girls. They were mostly looking at Eclipse who looked like the goddess of beauty herself. Raine's beauty gave off a seductive vibe while Eclipse's beauty gave off a calm, angelic, and gentle vibe. "Oh wow, look at how these people are staring at my Eclipse like they want to covet her for themselves", Raine said, teasing Eclipse. She laughed when she saw her best friend turning red all over. Eclipse raised her hand and slightly smacked Raine's arm. "They're staring at you too you know". Eclipse and Raine laughed and told many jokes to each other. Seeing many fresh crops, A lady said, "Wow, the crops look better than before".

Another lady said, "Yes. It's because of her, that girl over there", she pointed at Raine. The news of the incident during her birth spread like wild fire. The lady continued, "Since her birth, the land kept on flourishing. She is the luck of this village". Raine and Eclipse smiled when they heard it. After some time, they finally reached the farm. They got to work harvesting crops.

They got 10 potatoes and 5 onions. Since they thought that this was enough for both families, they stopped harvesting. They put what they got in sacs and turned to leave when they heard rustling sounds not too far from them. Raine got scared and held onto Eclipse's arm, "Did you hear that?", she asked. Eclipse who heard the rustling of leaves nodded her head. They took the sacs and started leaving the farm. Eclipse couldn't shake the feeling that someone was watching her off. This made her walk faster. They almost got out of the farm when a man of about 25 years old approached them.

Raine felt that this man had evil intentions towards them. Raine grabbed Eclipse and tried to make a run for it when the man grabbed their hands.
