He knew his bad reputation and the lack of charisma will become a stumbling block in his path, thus, he thought of a plan, yes, a plan to not only unify the kingdom but also to bring it to newer heights in terms of development. But how will he manage to fabricate "heavenly" stuffs from his previous life when he didn't have the system or an extensive knowledge about engineering? Thus, Virtya Mariov came up with a plan... "I will build Shanghai, Tokyo, New York and Dubai. All these cities will stand in our kingdom!" Virtya uttered determinedly before he stared at the disoriented crowd which was giving him weird looks as if he was a clown. /"What is Tokyo city? Is it a new delicacy? When did our king start to cook for himself? Ok, What about New York? Is it a carriage?" The crowd was ablaze as Azuhai denizens discussed among themselves.../

Virtya took a peek through the window and he could see that there were a few people on the road and the villages because most of the idling denizens had gone to school. One should know that Virtya ordered a mandatory for the people who were aged below 10 years to go to school and they were needed to attend schooling for a full time because Virtya needed the experts quickly. He had already rolled out both grade one and grade two mathematics and Russian language lessons and what remained was the sciences.

Nonetheless, those aged above 10 years were given the option to choose whether they could go to school or not, in addition, they could even ask to take part time lessons.

'The treasury is almost empty and I haven't even paid the civil workers... Where will I get the money from?' Virtya asked himself in his mind. The money that had remained in the treasury was already wholly used, thus, Virtya needed to look for a way where he could get the money to not only sponsor his next project but also to pay the civil servants

'I think there is only one way left. After I use most of the next month's revenue to pay the workers, I will use the remaining money to steer the next project which I know it will give me a steady inflow of money.' Virtya thought to himself but what was going to be his next move after coming from Brovon district?

It was at noon that Virtya arrived at Chanya and here, he could not see a single person as far as his eyes could see. The only thing that he could see was a large extensive land that the weeds and some bushes had taken it as their place.

This was of course Chanya where king Markov who was the father of Virtya's predecessor got his nickname. King Markov had used the service of countless slaves to plough this land and many slaves died on this place because of his ruthlessness but at least there was enough food to feed the entire kingdom during his reign. Those were the good times that the denizens of Whiddiff usually told their children but at what cost.

Virtya and his group got out of the carriage and stood beside it as they stare at what was left of Chanya.

A cold breeze ruffled Vlad's robes and as for both Virtya, Tanya and the Knights, they were all wearing armours thus, the breeze only swayed their hair. Virtya's predecessor had surely invested much on his knights in that all of them wore armory and they had weapons.

A knight who was holding Virtya's wine gourd poured some wine into a copper cup and handed it to Virtya. Clearly, Tanya didn't drink often while Vlad was not a drunkard thus, Virtya enjoyed this moment alone as the knights watched. His hair dangled by the wind as he took a sip from the wine cup from time to time.

"Mr Vlad. By next week, the tools to plough this land would be ready. This land would be ploughed at an insane speed with the needed tools. I have already set up a plan to fabricate the never seen before tools that would need little energy from the farmers in order to plough their lands. Furthermore, I will also ensure a steady supply of manure to this place to ensure that the crops grow in a healthy way." Virtya assured the high priest. He took another sip before he glanced at the land.

He walked a few steps forward and scooped some soil from the farm and when he felt it, it had a rough texture which was not good for the planting of the crops.

"This soil needs to be broken down to fine tilth so that it could hold moisture and the minerals for the crops. If it remains like this, we wouldn't harvest anything valuable here. You see this Vlad, the land is not favourable for the planting of crops but we can change that with the use of the necessary tools and the manure." Virtya gave both Vlad and Tanya a sample of soil for them to feel and they all nodded their heads to show that they agreed with Virtya.

"I am impressed your majesty. You know stuffs that even I an old person doesn't know. It seems that I really wasted my younger life." Vlad uttered meaningfully. He couldn't believe that a small person like Virtya knew more than him. The world was big for sure.

"It is just simple knowledge. Nothing to be proud of." Virtya answered. In the modern world where he came from. The researchers would have taken the soil to the laboratory and given a detailed report about the soil contents but as for Virtya, he couldn't do that because there was no technology to test this soil, not to mention that Virtya didn't even know how the soil was examined by the experts in his past life.

It was only when the drizzle started pouring down that the group decided to get into the carriage and head back to Whiten, they were of course being guided by several carriages of the knights.
