Virtya uttered determinedly before he stared at the disoriented crowd which was giving him weird looks as if he was a clown. /"What is Tokyo city? Is it a new delicacy? Blacksmithing guild (1)

It was 4th March in the year 1430 for the kingdom of Azuhai. Back then, Virtya was forced to halt his next mission and support Vlad and Grisha's mission because there was no money to unfold the next mission.

However, on this day of the month, the finance ministry had managed to collect the monthly revenues and Virtya used a part of the revenues to pay the civil servants and the workers who were enabling the progress of agriculture and education.

Actually, the finance ministry had managed to collect close to 700, 000 gold coins this month, of course that was after rounding up the silver and the copper coins.

However, the money that remained after he paid his workers was not enough for Virtya's budget but at least he could start off his next mission and see if it could drew some profits for his further use.

It was now time that he start fabricating the farming tools and most importantly, the ox-drawn plough. Yes! He had to fabricate all the tools and equipments that will help in making the work easier especially on the farms.

Definitely, a farm like Chanya in Brovon district had not been ploughed even after Virtya had the solution of curing the infertile land because he was not king Markov who used the slaves to plough that huge farm making most of them to die there. He planned to pay the people to plough that land but they were going to use the tools that he was going to fabricate.

After he finished eating his breakfast, Virtya went directly to the largest blacksmithing guild in Azuhai which was in Whiten district. Tanya and thousands of warriors escorted him while riding in their carriages.

"Your eminence, why are you heading to the blacksmithing guild? You can simply tell Gigi Dufour what you want the blacksmiths to do and then she will tell the blacksmiths to do your bidding, right?" Tanya who sat beside Virtya asked with a lot of concern. Alexandre who was seated on the seat that was facing them also perked up his ears as he wanted to know what Virtya was planning to do at the blacksmithing guild. They had been moving up and down the last month just to make sure that the matter about agriculture and education came to fruition and they haven't even finished spreading this gospel throughout the kingdom not to mention that there was too much opposition but Virtya was once again planning to add another mission on top of what was currently ongoing.

"What I want them to create this time round is totally different from what they usually make, so I have to be there personally to see the progress." Virtya answered absentmindedly. He was tired as he had not slept because he had been in his office the entire night. Something like a hoe or a rake needed him to be there in flesh so that he could explain to the blacksmiths what was needed because he feared that those guys would not understand just the drawings on the papers. He also wanted to learn blacksmithing himself as some complicated items will need him to make them personally.

One should know that Virtya's Whiddiff palace owned all the guilds in Azuhai kingdom. The guilds were the kingdom's assets. Take the blacksmithing guild for example, it was created just to forge weapons and armors for the warriors going to war but today, the guild was going to fabricate something different. Yes, the farming tools.

Meanwhile, at the blacksmithing guild, there was a commotion and alot of chatter between the blacksmiths.

The blacksmithing guild was in the northern part of Whiten district and their working place was in a single floor building but this building was large in that it stood on five acres of land. However, the building was dilapidated because it had been there for many years and no repairs had been done to its wear and tear. But this was the place where the blacksmiths of Azuhai dreamed to one day be one of the people working here. One could only find overly experienced blacksmiths and master blacksmiths in this place in the entire Azuhai kingdom. This was their Haven but it was quite a shame that their place of working was dilapidated and the kingdom was not planning to refurbish it.
