21.Geetsamelan part 2

Today was geet samelan and every ritual was taken care of properly. Kishore had already distributed all different departments to different people like Sunita's cousins, brothers, uncles, aunts, etc. Instructions were given to the maids, servants decorators, divers and the people with careers at the top. Kishore said to them that he didn't want any adjustments with the quality and quantity, so no mistakes should happen or steps would be taken accordingly.

Suraj said to sunita to not think much, he promised that he will keep her happy during their marriage , but Sunita was not satisfied. Something told her to stop the marriage but everything was looking perfect, Anju and Kishore were happy and so was Abhi and Kabir. So Sunita brushed away that thought to the back corner of her mind.

She decided to, one more time confront Suraj after this.

It was 2 pm Sunita and her cousins were getting ready at a beauty parlour arranged by Naina. It was decided that a car will drive them directly to the function hall .

When she was ready , she looked absolutely ethereal. Sunita thought she looked very different like.. hmmm gorgeous , beautiful, adorable , and had a different aura around her. She couldnt believe her own her eyes because her reflection looked so different from how she looks daily without make up.

After Kabir calls all the girls leave the parlour when they got to their destination both families heartily welcomed her with Suraj trailing not too far behind her.

Suraj and sunita were told to sit together on stage and then the respective opposite parents did the rituals of the ring ceremony, they were given presents and they even did tilak and aarti for them.

After that they were asked to climb down and take a seat on the sofa as geet samelan will start in due time. The programs started with ganesh vandana which was performed elegantly by Suraj's paternal cousin's sister. Then his maternal cousins combined and performed paraady and mimckry showing the love journey from roka to engagement. Suraj's sister performed two songs for them. ..

Now Manvi danced to the kkkg song which was being lead by Sunita , in between Sunita's parents came and blessed both of them. Then his maternal and paternal boys cousins danced to one song. After that Kabir and Abhi danced to one song. After that Abhi's daughter and son, which is Sunita's nephew and nieces danced cutely for their aunt. Suraj's favourite friends did three songs for their friendship. Suraj's mother gifted a small memento to all the participants.

Then the ring ceremony happened and all the problems cooped up as Sunita's ring was smaller it didn't go onto her finger fully. And when sunita was putting it on her finger the ring was too tight and Sunita was turning hot trying to fix it, thankfully Suraj noticed and forcefully pushed it on her finger., Sunita let out a relieved breath and Suraj smiled at her.

( readers this to clear your doubt suraj and sunita wanted to perform but sunita was not allowed by both parents as her in laws don't liked this idea of her dancing with suraj. )

Suraj and Sunita were told to dance together for one song by request of Suraj's friends and after that the entire family danced together.

Now it was nighttime Sunita was dolled up in mehndi as a bride for tomorrow. She was asked not to cry because Anju's heath condition was still not the best, and it will be dangerous for her.

After she removed the mehndi she rang Suraj's phone at 2 am after knowing that he must be deep in sleep , she wanted to try one last time to make sure everything was perfect and couldn't cause a mistake in the marriage. After a lot of thinking she tried to cal again, the call kept ringing for a long time but Suraj was not picking up , she tried one last time and the call was picked up by Suraj and he asked her " say, Sunita why did you call me so late?" (it wasnt a pblm for sunita as she was given a mobile for temporary use for taking to suraj and any conversation she wants with near ones.)

Sunita :-" Suraj my hands are dolled up in mehandi , I am asking you to confirm that we should let this marriage continued, I'm giving you one last chance and I'm asking you to think about refusing for marriage now , if you don't refuse we will be tied together in marriage and after that you cannot backout from....from the marriage . I won't give you a chance to back out then. You can think about it until tomorrow. I will take all responsibility of the failure of this marriage , you won't be held responsible for it , give me your answer now.

After marriage you cannot say I wasn't your choice or you dont love me , I won't hear it, so do think wisely about your answer. If you have your answer tell me now Suraj ."

SURAJ :- "Sunita I'm telling you now I like you, you are my choice now and I'm definitely not backing out today or tommorrow or in future. Now be happy and tell me all the other doubts you have left , please tell me now then."

Sunita :- "No Suraj , I have no more doubts , you know I was just testing you by giving you a chance to backout hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Suraj, I love you."
