I really like the story. Like how story switch between the game and real life. It's like 2 different stories in one novel. But I don't really like Mark, something about this matchup that doesn't feel right. I think it's better he remains as a friend of Elayne, he ruins the story for me. Personally, without him, this would be a great novel. I know he's nice but he annoys me so much..

a really good book and this time with a change, not a high school student as always seen in isekai novrls

I REALLY like this novel. The characters feel a lot more relatable than most stories. Most importantly, the plot is both interesting AND well paced. The plot is actually the main problem I had with the glitched system novel. It was interesting, but the pacing felt too stagnant to me The pacing in this book is slow, but everything that happens feels like it's slowly advancing thing. That's the important thing. It makes it feel like no scene is a waste of time. The exposition is also entwined pretty nicely into the story, instead of having huge swathes of chapters dedicated to explaining information. The only gripe I have is that there aren't enough chapters.

the story has been great so far but that Mike guy is a big meh for me. I really don't like him. Is Mike really gonna end up with the mc?????
