Looking Grim Broken Fire took the sword Lesser Stab White Longsword off the anvil and put his last Iron Ingot on the Anvil.
He took a deep breath and silently hoped for a success on the ability which was mostly luck based.

Beads of Sweat down is face as he hammered on the sword noticing the quality not changing.

He finished the longsword and praying to whatever gods he observed the sword for its abilities.

"YES!" Broken Flame stood up with sweat beating down his whole body, which he could slightly feel even in the game.

With the quest being completed Harry walked over and slapped the back of Broken Flame and said:
"Ho ho ho, you actually did it, and its excellent quality to no doubt"
When Harry said that Broken Flame leveled up to level 2(previously starting at lv1)

"Here is the reward you shall get" said Harry,
Handing him his bronze hammer Harry used to forge the (Green)Longsword,

Unique Ability: Quick Start(Start forging process always at 10%)
As Harry handed over the hammer to Broken Flame he said:
"Combat classes could always use a Green tiered sword but the ability would be limited to what level they were fighting. Fighting a level 50 would be better to use semi-legendary gear if the adventurer could get there hands on it, however they could always fight it with lower tier gear, it just ups the difficulty of said fights because the abilities are worse.
Ultimately supplementary classes are limited by affects on items by the world because trying to forge a Epic tier sword using Green tier abilities breaks the laws of the world. Imagine forging a God tier item with a Green tier hammer and automatically getting 10% done. Now it does work if your trying to forge a green tier sword, you would get the automatically 10% but it could rarely be upgraded to Epic though skillful forging and luck like I did when you first came in(White->Green).
Ho Ho Ho. That is why the world is fair with forging for if not the whole system would be out of order."
Broken Flame read the ability and was really happy with the hammer, it added 10% to any item Green or Below trying to be forged.
"Now where was I ah yes, you are the first one in the world to complete my task in 3 try's and get excellent quality.
I shall see if you are really gifted by making you make a Uncommon Shield and if so I will give you more than you could have ever imagined, Ho ho ho"

"Before you answer I will demonstrate first" said Harry.
Out of thin air Harry reached out and grabbed a lightly blue colored jewel like ingot from a small portal floating and a Obsidian Black Hammer also following out that automatically teleported to his other hand.

After seeing basically nothing he trying to look at the Black Hammer but all he saw on the System was ???

Gruv was shocked, his mouth hanging wide open looking at what happened in front of him.

"Ho ho ho I have outdone myself" said Harry
Observing the Shield that was instantly made it made his hairs stand up, Broken Flame was shocked again.

What does this mean? NPC's levels can Ambiguously change to what I see?
