The college backyard was inoculated with people, which include students their parent's relatives, professors and University staff, it was to celebrate the hard work of final year students, every single student carried a cheerful smile on there face but the red-haired girl with green eyes was only glaring at the entrance of the gate with tears of bitterness and a disappointment.

She did notice that a man wearing a grey suit was glancing at her with inquisitiveness, he seems to be the main chief guest a young plus successful billionaire as soon as she was about to make eye contact with him two men in black suit assisted him towards the stage.

"Janette Rose!" the speaker called her name her friends cheered for her and her best friend Anastasia looked at her in pity in her eyes.

Still, her heart had a small hope that her parents would show up that's why her eyes were fixed on entrance.

"Don't stare at me like that", she mumbled to her friend.

She feels hostility towards people who look at her with empathy, thrusting smile out if her, she made her way towards the stage.

"Go, Rose, I'm your family and my mum and dad are like your parents.", she cried,out her parents Grace and Richard nodded, Janette couldn't help but roll her eyes at her bestfriend's dramatic nature. She gave her it wasn't needed look.

Moreover, she's mad on her parents, "What was so important that they miss her graduation day the day?" She's been preparing since she entered in her final year of University she and her mom together dreamt of the day.

She went there and collected her award, trying to hold the tears that were threatening to come out.

"You rock Rose", her friends cheered but she wasn't happy because they can't provide her same happiness equivalent to her parents what was so important than her graduation she wondered.

She exited the stage with her head down to hide the numbness of her eyes, "Congratulations", one of her colleagues Emerson,patted her back, by his face she can tell he has feelings for her but he's too shy to accept but there are many girls out here who crush on him and Janette feels one of those girls are more worthy than her.

"Thank you, Emerson!" she muttered but he seems to have noticed her sad voice.

"Are you alright?", Rose why are you crying he asked as he noticed the strains of tears on her cheeks.

"They're tears of happiness, Emerson." she lied but he seems to take is as true he nodded,he's handsome and a girl name Sally is mad about him, Janette always feels that she's a third wheel between both of them.

"Will going to miss our days at University", he whispered as she glanced at Sally Walters making her way towards him.

"Yeah!" She whispered and decided to disappear, she doesn't want to spoil a blooming love story maybe her Prince charming will be waiting for her somewhere.

"Moreover, why I spoil my last day at University moaning ?" She thought.

"I think I should commemorate my time here with my friends" she felt because at the end of the day it's her home she has to go back

and meet the same people who broke her compassion, she'll never meet these people again with them she's spent five years of her existence and they are unforgettable.

She sighed and headed towards her friends to get some photos to click and conserve them as a souvenir as they say "Take a picture because it's last longer but again even the picture doesn't prevail till eternity."
