Dungeon Assassin
Ashton, the leading assassin of Avarice, the worlds largest underground organization is on his last mission before his retirement.
Suddenly, after finishing his mission, he sees a bright light coming towards him and quickly dodges.
“It’s a truck? But I’m 5 stories above ground?!”
Suddenly the truck turned around in what seemed to be an instant and began speeding directly at him. He was unable to dodge as it was somehow already in front of him.
He felt the impact, but only for a second before all the sensations began to leave his body.
‘So, I’m dead… but, why can I think?’ He opened his eyes and saw a room that looked like a mix between old English and modern style.
“I’m alive?”
He noticed that his voice sounded like that of a young man, but didn’t take much note of it as he had just awoken.
He looked around as he got up from the bed he slept on.
“Where am I?” Ashton said this aloud although there was no one to hear it.
He saw a mirror on the opposite side of the room and used it to check the current state of his body. In the mirror, however, was someone else, it wasn’t him.
The mirror portrayed a young, handsome man with short, white hair and darkish red eyes, who appeared to be around 15-16 years old.
“Is that me?” He didn’t know why he appeared as someone so young, but when he thought about last night’s incident… He understood pretty quickly.
“I’ve transmigrated.”
