"EHHHH!" I found their reaction funny so I start to laugh, as I got closer they rise their weapons in wariness along with some kind of magic from one of the ladies..

I look at them confusedly and sighed "You know if I intended to harm you guys you will be death by now considering you didn't even land a hit one me right?" they flinch and look at each other.

they were about to speak, but a swarm of mermaids males and females. shielding the group in front of me and surrounding me with raised spears and weapons. I feel like Aquaman visiting Atlantes for the first time, really funny.

I look around at the fabulous view, but to my surprise, they didn't attack or anything instead they probably waiting for something, and I was right.

not secondes after a sole mermaid with unique navy blue hair and breathtaking fish tail with multi colors, followed by 3 men with Seahorse lower halves.

the difference again is the size, she is in form, close to the human but taller than a normal one with 3 and a half meters from the head to the tail end.

she look at me and raise her hand, I got ready as I thought she will attack, and to my surprise, she order them to back off.

backing up the 50 or so mermaid toke formation and still keeping an eye on me, while the big female looked at one of the ladies that were attacking me before, the one that used the magic before.

signing to her come closer and putting a hand on her's. after a while, she nodded and sighed then look at me.

"hallo stranger, I apology for my daughter and her companion's rude behavior." bowing her head every mermaid look shocked at her behavior as if this was the first time seen her do so.

she sighed and nodded back "Then it's all good, I am called Viola, the leader of the deep sea, can I know from which part you are? As this is the first time I saw your kind."

Now this is surprising, I was under the impression that they have a settlement in this lack, but it's probably wrong, and those hols have more than the eyes meet.

after thinking for a while I answer "It's normal, I am not from any sea races, I am from up there"

pointing up she widens her eyes " Are you from the land species? but how can you breathe and move normally outside the water with your current breathing system and form?"

I was surprised that she can analyze my body to this level, considering 'AF' voided from humans.

but I guess any intelligent and curious being can do some research.

I look at her and shift to a whale after swimming for a while I take its hybrid form and start to explain "Sorry for the late introduction, my name is Leonard Rageheart, I am a shifter, and I had a unique ability to transform my form to other known creature I know of"

she looked at me surprisingly before she ask in Suter's voice "C.. Can I ask you to turn to own of my kind?" look at her and look around the nodded as my sea hybrid forms had two choices right now I had legs and tail, so I turn to the second form with only tail fin for the lower half.

as I did she start to swim around me observing the change in my body with an excited face "Amazing! And you said any creature you meet right? So as long as you have a general idea of it you can take its form? and....."

she start to ask questions like a machine gun, I smiled warily and look at her group to find them sighing in expiration. so this is her normal character.

I shook my head and was about to ask but all of us sense something diving in our direction at high speed.

looking up, not a second later I saw Kaly diving at high speed using his water manipulation to dive in my direction, I look at Viola "Don't worry his on my side"

She nodded and look at her people who lower their weapons.

Kali stop right in front of me in his hybrid form and said with a calm and determined voice "Maser, I am here to assets you!"

I look at him and sighed "Cool entry and all, but we are not at war you know?"

my question drops on deaf ears for some reason, so I look at him and found him looking at Viola like he watching some artwork and got charmed by it.

I was surprised but after looking at viola and founding her in the same state I understand something and smirked 'That probable mate bond, but seeing it in person it looks like love at first sight from some manga.'

I look at my little brother and my smirk probably stretching more and more 'Well something to make fun of him later.'

and as if heard my thoughts he flinch and turn in my direction, seeing my expression he floats near me with a weird face "What?"

taking him under my arm as I pat his head playfully "Good for you"

he was confused for a moment before figuring out what i meant and to cause his face to become a bit red.

looking back at Viola who looks away from him with a red face.

he looks at me "is this what you mean before?" I nodded and started to pet his head more roughly and laughed "to think you will find your own before me? that my brother for you? HAHAHA"

I was happy, my son has just imprinted someone! That is definitely a happy occasion to celebrate, and from the looks her little sister gave her along with the happiness in her eyes, they also know about the imprint and mate bound.

but today really is a day to remember. not only because of that, but also because the very existence of Mairmaides here is something that proves many theories I have.
