Bump!

Amanda crashed into someone.

"Ugh, hey-" Amanda looked surprised,

" Mandy?" Heather stared at her.

"What..." Amanda was too stunned to speak,

"What are you doing here" Heather helped her up.

"This is my school?"

"Your school?"

Amanda nodded.

"Are you having your first year here?" She asked,

"Yeah," Heather looked down,

"What course?"

"I'm taking culinary," Heather showed her the registration form.

"Now that explains why those waffles were special," Amanda read the form,

" Thanks," Heather blushed.

They had a conversation for a while until the bell rang.

- Shannon's pov

Shannon stared at the gigantic building.

It looks more like a castle.

The area around it was very clean.

Flowers from every direction seemed unique.

At the entrance, she saw a lot of amazing gadgets that can barely be seen.

Also, almost all the students there look like geniuses and celebrities.

Shannon clenched her fist as she saw Amanda go inside as the guards opened the door for her.

'D*mn it, d*mn it, d*amn it!' Shannon wanted to punch something, scream, and anything else to do.

She was going crazy, just thinking why Amanda had everything she wanted.

Beauty, knowledge, skills, social status, style, everything!

She already wanted her dead.

The thought of Amanda hasn't slid off her mind yet until they arrived at her school.

She almost expected someone to open the door for her as she waited.

"Shannon, dear you open the door." Sabrina went to her,

"Mom, why are you still here?" Shannon turned in surprise.

"You forgot your books," Sabrina carefully offered her the books in Shannon's studies.

"Thanks," Shannon smiled and waved goodbye as they went off.

' I must be overreacting. Just you wait b*tch!'

Shannon boost up her courage and walked inside like she was a celebrity.

To the fact that not a single fly glanced at her.

' Calm down,' she exhaled as she walked up to her room.

Students in Highgate Horizon Institute (Shannon's school) aren't recommended to wear a uniform.

It is one of the most expensive schools.

Most of the kids there are popular and boastful.

They always wore branded jewelry and show off.

Others just wanted everyone to know that they were genius.

Everyone in the room turned to see who it is.

"Shannon, what's with the look?" Nora Lane went to her,

"I'm pissed off!" Shannon slammed her books on the desk.

As Shannon was about to say something, the teacher came in and everyone flew to their seats.

Beside the teacher was Liam Carter, one of the top students.

As expected, Liam was in their class,

"Oh my gosh, I'm over the moon!" Nora squealed.

Shannon rolled her eyes and offered her seat to Liam.

Liam nodded and took it.

That made Shannon turn red and walked to the empty seat at the back.

As she sat, the girls looked at her with jealousy.

Liam Carter, along with Asher Collier and Miles Hayes are the aces of Highgate Horizon Institute.

Liam Carter excels in math, science, and geography. He also is a soccer player.

Asher Collier is athletic and excels in basketball.

Miles Hayes, on the other hand, is an artist. He is also a soccer player and is quite flirty.

Among the three, Liam is at the top which made him the most popular.

His father is also a billionaire.

His little brother, Jason Carter, always hangs out with Asher.
