Amanda thought she was born this way, to be betrayed, and end up like a fool who doesn't know what it is to live like a powerful person. She only dreamed of living a simple life with Edmund, her fiancée. However, she didn't expect to be betrayed by someone she'd loved. She's lost everything but the precious ring her mother had given her. Knowing she couldn't let them have their way, she swallowed the ring before plunging to her death. However, she didn't expect to wake up in her room after her death. As she continues, she will be facing the same plot of her life. However, she will change it into a brand new life. Chapter 21
Selene was devastated at his death.
She mourned for days.
Until her father and friends came to comfort her.
Saying she still has life inside her womb.
This gave her the courage to move on.
When Amanda was born, everyone in the family adored her.
She had her mother's face.
Her hair and eye color belonged to her father.
Selene can see her beloved husband in her.
She treasured Amanda, giving her everything.
Until the contracted marriage her father's friend proposed.
Of course, she couldn't refuse the offer since he pleaded to.
Until she married Simeon.
Everything was fine.
Though Simeon and Selene never went along.
She still has Amanda.

Chase looked at her,
"So he was your stepdad?"
Amanda nodded.
"I'll take you home," He wiped his mouth and stood up.
They remained silent as Chase drove her home.
As they arrived Amanda went out of the car and rushed in,
"You're coming?" Amanda turned around,
"Why not?" Chase answered and gestured for her to go on.
Amanda rolled her eyes,
"Thank you by the way,"
She went inside.
As she expected Simeon called his father and Nicholas over.
"Amanda where have you been?" Simeon bellowed,
"Sister, I was so worried about you!" Shannon walked up to her.
"Darling, please don't put your anger on Amanda. Maybe she's just having fun around." Sabrina patted Simeon's shoulder.
"Having fun around?! Do you know how dangerous it is to roam around in the night?!" Simeon shouted,
"Darling-" Sabrina pleaded.
"You're going easy on her." Simeon shook her off gently.
"I'll teach you a lesson." He raised his hand to slap Amanda.
But suddenly Chase whacked his arm before he could hit her.
"She was with me. We just had a chat relating to business, I already texted Mr. Auriga about it." He turned to Nicholas.
Nicholas nodded.
"That's enough Simeon!" Barney Wilson (Simeon's father) scolded.
Simeon obediently backed down.
"Amanda," Barney went over to her and took her hand,
"You've grown a lot."
Amanda smiled and bowed her head as thanks.
"You still have Alfonso in your eyes." Barney held her face.
"She always has," Nicholas smiled and gestured,
"Come sit."
They all sat down and Chase excused himself,
"I have some business to attend to, I'll be leaving."
As they have a little chat Simeon cut in,
"Dad, this is Shannon, my daughter." he introduced,
Shannon bowed to them politely and sat.
"Would you like some tea grandfathers?" she offered,
They nodded.
"Child, you should call me sir. Not your grandfather." Nicholas looked at her,
"But, dad. She is my daughter." Simeon defended.
"She's not from the Auriga family, she's just an outsider." Barney added,
"But dad-"
"No buts. Even I wouldn't accept a child born out of wedlock." Barney cleared.
"Then how can you allow Amanda?" Sabrina asked,
Barney gave her a cold look,
"Because Simeon is married to Selene."
"But you accepted Shannon into the family-"
"That doesn't mean she can call me her grandpa. I accepted her to be part of the Wilson family, but never on the Auriga." Nicholas cut.
