Chapter 33, The Seal Has Broken

"Oi!! What do you mean?!" Dia shouted.

"Like we said. Haruki and Haruka, we'll be saying farewell to everyone." We said. "And we will revive Haru."

"That's too risky!!" Borts snapped.

"Ah, don't worry. It's a different spell this time around that should ensure our plan will succeed." We reassured them. "And, there's no need to feel so worried. Though we won't be here physical, we'll always be by your side."

"Even so!" Chris protested.

"It's fine. We promise." We said.

"Can you two... stop talking in unison?" Alexi said. "It's kinda horrifying."

"Can't." We answered. "It's already begun."

"What do you mean?" Queen asked.

"We're unified, we're sharing the same mentality. We've already started the first step for reviving Haru." We answered. "Unified Mind. Slowly we unify our minds, then our magical power and finally, our bodies."

"Since when?!" Jason exclaimed.

"Since the instant Ryu handed us the pendants. When we said the activation spell." We answered.

"You!!" Ryu took me by the collar.

"We're sorry, but in order to protect everyone, we'll gladly lay down our existence." We said and Ryu paused for a second before letting go. "Thank you for understanding."

"We understand." Lita said and smiled. "Since we can't stop you, we'll support you."

"If it's the path you two have chosen then we'll help you." Storm said.

"Thank you." We answered.

"So, how much longer?" Takeshi asked. "How much longer till we say goodbye to Haruka and Haruki?"

"We aren't sure yet." We answered.

"Geez... that's a bit..." Spark said.

"We won't be going away, we're just returning." We said. "To who we originally were."

As the fiancées hugged us in tears we soothed each of them carefully. Haruka and I looked at each other and smiled.

"Welcome back, my other self." We said and touched each others face. "I'm back."

Suddenly, we felt a quake of the ground and then Athena's face grew grim.

"The seal has... broken." We said.

"Then... the Titans?" Jason asked.

"They'll arrive at Hermes Town in seven days. We need to get back." We said and opened a portal back to Hermes Town. "We need to get ready."

The connects to the Restaurant it seems. When we enter the two of us immediately prepare for a war. We'll need help but if I give the others the Seiken and take out a few war ships from the Hangar we might just survive this. We'll need to ask help from the neighboring nations.

"What do we do?" Dahlia asked.

"Can you contact the other guilds?" Haruka asked and she nodded. "Request for some help."

"I'll lend you the Salamander's Cannon again." Takeshi said.

"You lots." I turned to the zodiacs. "I'll lend you the Seikens. Use them. Also, Rin, go back and activate the ship and bring it over."

"Yes sir." Rin said and teleported away.

"Looks like we'll also be fighting after a long time." Leo said as he appeared in front of me.

"There's one more thing we'll need." I said. "I have Tohru-jii-san's permission. We can use that one."

"That one?" Lita asked. "What are you planning to use?"

"Yuusha to Maou." I answered.

"Come again?!" Lita exclaimed.

"What about us?" Storm asked. "You better not think that we'll stay out of this."

"Thanks." Haruka smiled. "We have seven days, in that time we need to evacuate the people and request help from the neighboring lords."

"I'm afraid that won't be possible." A voice said and the doors opened to a woman with long black hair and white skin with silver eyes.

"This presence... a Titan!" Takeshi said and drew his blade.

"Themis... what are you doing here?" Zeus' voice said as he appeared behind her.

"Zeus... it's been a long time." She said and blushed a bit.

"I'm not here to pick a fight." She said. "You can trust me."

"Like we'd trust a Titan!" Jason said and drew his blade.

"Just a second." I said and stopped him. "Mnemosyne, Hyperion, Oceanus and Themis. In the first war, you four sided with Zeus and my ancestor correct?"

"Yeah. They did." Zeus said and sheathed his sword. "What about now?"

"I'm rather loyal you know!" She snapped.

"Then why did Hyperion attack them?" Hera asked.

"We had to." A woman with golden hair and brown skin with brown eyes said. "Otherwise Cronus would've suspected us."

"Themis." I said. "The four of you sided with Tohru-jii-san but when he ascended and Gou-jii-san took over, he didn't know about the agreement between you and Tohru-jii-san and he shut you into the seal along with the others."

"It as you say." Hyperion, in his smaller form said. "We don't bare it against him and your family since you knew nothing and Zeus was bound by the Spell of Binding."

"Even now, we still side with you and Zeus." A man with blue hair and brown eyes and white skin said.

"Oceanus I take it?" Haruka said. "Then, Mnemosyne, can you return Luna's body to her?"

"I can but we'll need to remove the one that is possessing her first." She said. "It was my power that forced her out and only my power can return her and I will do it."

"That leaves how we'll defend the city." Klaus-san said.

"I might be able to help with that." Rose said.

"How?" I asked.

"Crystal Shield." She said.

"One of Azure Gems Grand Gem Spells." Spark said. "The shield that protects a family."

"I can cast it but it will take a bit of time." She said.

"Then I'll leave he town's defense to you." I said and turend to Mnemosyne. "You said it was impossible to gain assistance from the neighboring lords, why?"

"The one that took Luna's body used a Spell of Binding to bind the lords to their domains. They can't send out people even if the wanted to." She said. "It's likely she'll also be fighting in the war against you."

"I'm taking my body back from her." Luna said. "Even if I have to fight her one on one!"

"Then I'll leave her to you." I said.

"Be wary of the other Guardians." Oceanus said. "That lass has taken control of most of them. The only ones she hasn't taken control of are the ones who gave their blessings to you and the First Born."

"If she brings the other Guardians then that's to our advantage." We said. "No Servant can go against us."

"Ryusei-san, please go on patrol. Take the weapons with you." Haruka said. "Keep an eye out for any signs of the enemy."

"You can count on us." He said and the four of them left.

"It's going to begin." We said. "The battle for the Western Continent and the fate of the people who live here."
