Titan

Little girl's POV

"Come on we need to leave." said my dad

I nodded and got my stuff ready, I quickly put on my glasses and grabbed my bag.

"Some vacation this was, can't wait to get back to China." groaned my older brother

"Come on let's go!" yelled my dad

"Come on you two, we'll be home safe and sound." said my mom

We left the cabin and began to jog a bit, my father leading the way. We were jogging up a hill when I saw a man who looked like a soldier standing at the top of the hill.

"Over here!" yelled my dad

But then I heard the trees 50 meters to our right rustle and out came a giant naked human.

"A titan!" yelled my dad

The titan roared into the sky and began to run towards us.

"Back into the cabin!" yelled my dad

We all began to run back to the cabin but I looked back and saw the soldier running towards us, he was fast but there was no way he could catch up to us in time. He began shooting his gun at the titan but the titan continued to chase us.

"Inside, hurry!" yelled my dad

He opened the door and helped us inside but the titan grabbed my dad before he could enter the cabin.

"Dad!" yelled my older brother

But before my dad could even scream the titan ate him, blood splattered everywhere.

"Come on go inside!" yelled my mom, "Up the stairs."

But then my mom was crushed by the titan's hand, killing her. My heart was pounding in fear, I couldn't move my legs and wouldn't move on my order. But I realized my glasses were gone so I couldn't really see that well.

"Come on!" yelled my older brother

He helped me up the stairs and when I got to the top my older brother tripped and fell. I grabbed his arm and began to pull him up but I saw the titan break into our house and it bit my older brother's leg.

He screamed in pain and his grip around my arm tightened, I tried to pull him but the titan was stronger and my brother was pulled away and the titan ate him. I sat at the top of the staircase, crying as I saw blood pour out of the titan's mouth.

The titan looked at me, it's teeth covered with blood, smiling at me as if he was enjoying killing my family.

I closed my eyes in fear, knowing I was going to die as well but then someone grabbed me and hugged me. I heard a crash and I felt myself fall onto the ground but I was protected by something or someone.

I opened my eyes and saw that it was the soldier, he put me to the side and did a flip, avoiding the titan from grabbing him.

"Come on you son of a bitch." I heard him growl in English

5 minutes earlier

Ghost's POV

"Shit there's still civilians out there!" I yelled

I began firing at the IMTs but they also released titan gas in some areas so there were titans with the IMTs. We finished with the hostiles in our area but I was receiving some kind of distress signal from a mile away from here.

"All of you stay here and get the civilians out." I said

"Ghost where are you going?" asked Phantom

"I'll be back just stay here for now." I replied

I ran as fast as I could for about 2 minutes until I got to a hill overlooking nothing.

"What's here?" I questioned

But then I heard shouting to my left so I turned and saw a cabin with a family running towards me.

'A family's still here? How?'

But then I saw a titan emerge out of the trees next to the family, it roared in the sky and began to chase the family.

'No no no no.'

I began running as fast as I could and I reached for my gun but I realized I only had my pistol on me.

"Fuck." I groaned

So I just pulled it out and began firing at the titan, trying to get its attention but it just kept chasing the family. I saw the titan grab the father and eat him, I felt my heart racing in anger and anxiety.

'No no no, don't die on me.'

The titan smashed through the front of the house and I heard screams. I quickly took a shortcut and jumped through a window on the second floor and landed on a hallway. In front of me was a young girl crying so I sprinted towards her, grabbed her and jumped out another window in front of me just in time before the titan could eat the both of us. I crashed onto the floor and quickly got up and put the girl to the side and quickly jumped to avoid the titan from grabbing me.

"Come on you son of a bitch." I growled

It lunged towards me and tried to bite me but I dodged to my left and shot the arms multiple times, making it go limp so I jumped onto the titan and grabbed a grenade but the titan kept squirming around so I grabbed my secondary knife from my boot and stabbed the nape and held onto it so that I don't fall off the titan.

I pulled the pin of the grenade and punched the titan's nape and my hand went through the skin so I pulled out my hand but I left the grenade inside. I pulled out my knife and jumped off the titan and grabbed the girl and protected her just in time before the grenade exploded, killing the titan.

I looked at the girl and she looked at me, tears covering her eyes. She was Chinese, probably the same age as Keegan. I looked at the cabin and realized that I was too late to save her family.

I got up and let go of the girl but she got up and ran into the cabin so I followed her and she began crying even more when she saw body parts of the remains of her family.

"I'm sorry I didn't make it." I told her in Chinese

"Ghost!"

I turned around and saw Phantom running up to me.

"What happened here?" she asked

I looked at the ground and saw glasses on the floor so I picked it up and put it into my pocket.

"I didn't make it." I replied

Phantom just held onto my hand.

"I'm sure you tried." she said

"I did, I was too far away." I sighed, "Let's take her back."

Phantom approached the girl and began talking to her in Chinese then she held onto the girl and carried her.

"My family, who's going to take care of them?" asked the girl in Chinese

"Someone will give them a proper burial." replied Phantom

The girl started sobbing again so Phantom hugged her.

"It's okay..." whispered Phantom

Jean's POV

"Protect the shifters!" I yelled

I shot an IMT terrorist who tried to use a civilian as a human shield.

"Find shelter!" I yelled to the civilians

I helped the civilians enter a building before supporting Connie.

"Connie we're losing too many Scouts and MPs we won't hold." I said

"Then we should let out all the other Scouts and MPs who are contained." replied Connie

"But they're risky." I replied

"Zeke's not even here." replied Connie

I sighed and ran to Armin.

"Armin we should release the Scouts and the MPs who are in containment." I said

Armin thought about it then nodded.

"It'll help us clear out Shiganshina faster." replied Armin, "Connie, Sasha release the prisoners!"

Connie and Sasha left towards the prison.

"We need air support!" yelled Mikasa

"Air support is offline, we can't get any!" yelled Armin

"Section commander!"

Staff Sergeant Zofia came towards and she was panting.

"Eren's in trouble he's taking too much fire." said Zofia

"Annie, Ymir!" yelled Armin

Annie stopped killing the IMTs on the roof and looked at us.

"Make way towards Eren!" he yelled

Gabi's POV

"We're pinned down!" I yelled

Eren was struggling to fight against the amount of firepower and I couldn't help him.

"Gabi!"

I turned around and saw 2nd Lieutenant Colt, Falco's brother, run up to me with a sniper rifle.

"What's the situation?" asked Colt

"Not good, there's too many casualties." I replied

"Let's try to circle around them, force them in the center." said Colt

"We tried but our line would be too thin, they'll break through." said Udo

"We need reinforcements." said Zofia

"What about the prisoners?" asked Colt

"They're a high risk, we're not going to do that!" yelled Louise

"Colt I get that your brother is in there but I agree, it'll be too risky." I agreed

"But Zeke's not even here!" yelled Colt

"Incoming!" yelled Udo

There was an explosion near me so I quickly used the car for cover.

"They're advancing!" yelled Zofia

I tried shooting back but there were too many shots coming at us but then the IMTs that were firing at us began to get shot from my left.

"Gabi! Colt!"

I heard a familiar voice and I saw Falco on my left with a bunch of other soldiers.

"Falco!" yelled Colt

"How did you get out?" I asked

"Master Sergeant Connie came and said it was Section Commander's orders." replied Falco

"Where is Section Commander?" asked Louise

"They should be here any minute." replied Falco

That's when the ground trembled a bit and I saw the female titan, jaw titan, Porco's jaw titan and the cart titan join in the fray.

"We can win this." said Louise

Jean's POV

I swung around in the air shooting the IMTs who were on the roofs of the buildings around the shifters.

"We're making some progress!" yelled Armin

"Armin, you stay out of this." said Mikasa

"Why?" asked Armin

"Armin you have the colossal titan powers, if you accidentally trigger your shift we all fry." Sasha answered his question.

Armin thought about it and nodded.

"Fine, I'll fall back to where we're taking care of the civilians. Keep radio contact at all times." said Armin

We all nodded and Armin swung away. I looked over to see the cart titan carrying her tank unit, four machine guns on her back, killing all the IMTs on the streets.

"Once we're done here we take care of the IMTs in other states." I said

I thought about my mom and how she was doing right now.

'I hope she's safe.'

Armin's POV

I landed at the civilian camp located out of the battle.

"Sir!" saluted a couple Scouts

"Get me HQ and the capital on the line." I said

They nodded and we rushed into the building where there were busy military officers trying to get reinforcements.

"Sir I got queen Historia on the line." said a Scout

I grabbed the phone and answered it.

"Armin are you okay? How are the others?" asked Historia

"Everyone's fine but we're heavily outnumbered but we're holding." I replied

"Have you seen Reiner?" asked Historia

"Huh what do you mean? Isn't he with you?" I asked

"No he left right before the assault. I was wondering where he went." replied Historia

"What? Okay okay listen to me, we'll get everything done just stay in your bunker. I'm sure Marco and Marlowe will keep you safe." I said

"Okay, I will. You and the others stay alive at all cost." said Historia

"Don't worry we will." I said

I ended the call and sighed.

"Sir there's no way we can get reinforcements in time from any other country. The country closest to us will get to us in 4 hours, that's not fast enough." said an officer

"Sir incoming transmission somewhere in China!" yelled another Scout

"China? Put it through!" I yelled

I grabbed the phone and answered.

"Identify yourself." I said

"Armin it's me, Commander Hange." replied a tired voice

"Commander Hange?! Where are you?! What happened?" I asked

"No time to explain, we're heading to Eldia right now but Armin, whatever happens, you must stop Eren. He's a traitor, he's working with Zeke and they're planning on destroying humanity." said Hange
