Reiner's POV

Eren sat in front of me and I just looked at his dead dreadful eyes. I was mad at him for killing Bertholdt but something about him right now felt like he wasn't going to talk about execution.

"I don't understand Reiner." said Eren, "Why did my mother have to be eaten?"

My eyes widened when he mentioned his mother.

"Because on that day, we broke the wall." I replied

"Why did you have to break the wall?" asked Eren

"To take advantage of the chaos and infiltrate." I replied

'Doesn't he know this already?'

"And what was your mission?" asked Eren

"To reclaim the founder and save the world. To take you back home." I replied

"I see, since you were trying to save the world I guess you didn't have much of choice." said Eren

I closed my eyes in sadness.

"Reiner, I'm the same as you." said Eren

I looked up at him, my eyes widened a bit.

"I've fought against many enemies, Recon being one of them yet we poured our faith in her believing she won't do it again. There are people who pissed me off but there were also good people within the enemy. Everyone's the same." said Eren, "But you were taught that the people inside the walls were demons when you were a little kid. That's why Marley used kids to spread their false ideology, because kids don't know any better."

I remembered the days of my Marley training during the warrior program.

"Tell me Reiner, you were suffering for a long time weren't you?" asked Eren

I felt my heart flood with guilt and sadness from my past mistakes, everything I've done cost the lives of so many.

"No." I replied

I quickly stood up and got on my knees, tears welling up in my eyes.

"No you're wrong Eren. The day Marcel was eaten by Ymir, Annie and Bertholdt wanted to go home. But I forced them to continue the mission, because I wanted to become a hero. I wanted people to respect me. It's all my fault! It's my fault your mother was eaten by a titan!" I cried

Jean's POV

"Jean!" yelled Armin through my earpiece

"What is it?!" I asked

"You have to stop Eren, Commander Hange contacted me saying that Eren is trying to destroy humanity. This was all part of his plan!" he yelled

"W-what do you mean?" I asked

But before Armin could respond there was a huge explosion coming out of nowhere. I gasped and covered myself from the dust and debris exploding towards me.

I looked up to see what made that impact to see Reiner, the armor titan walking out of the steam towards Eren.

"What the hell is the king doing here?" I asked

But before I could respond Reiner charged at Eren and tackled him to the ground.

"What's going on?" asked Mikasa

"Mikasa!" I yelled

Mikasa and everyone else in my squad came onto my roof.

"Why's Reiner fighting Eren?" asked Mikasa

Annie came over and came out of her titan form.

"What's Reiner doing?" asked Annie

"Armin what's Reiner doing here?" I asked through my earpiece

"He must be here to stop Eren! Hange contacted him first!" he replied

"Jean!" yelled Mikasa

I looked at everyone and I didn't know what to do.

"Jean tell us!" yelled Annie

"Goddammit Jean tell us already!" snapped Javelin

"Armin contacted me, he told me that Commander Hange was able to contact him." I said

"Commander Hange's alive?! Where?" asked Connie

"I don't know but Armin told me that we have to stop Eren at all costs. He's going to destroy humanity!" I yelled

Everyone around me gasped and backed up a bit.

"Eren wouldn't do that." said Annie

"It doesn't matter we have to stop him if that's true." replied Javelin

"Porco, Pieck, Ymir!" I called out

Porco and Pieck came over.

"You have to stop Eren, there's no time to explain but he's going to destroy humanity!" I said

Without hesitation Ymir launched towards Eren and began to attack him. Porco seemed hesitant but he too joined the fight while Pieck left to go somewhere else.

"Let's go." I said

We began to kill the remaining IMTs near us so we concentrated our firepower on Eren.

"I got a clear shot on his nape!" yelled Sasha

But then Sasha got shot, she stumbled backwards and collapsed.

"Sasha!" yelled Connie

"I'm fine stomach wound." she groaned, "The vest did it's job."

I looked around to see who shot at Sasha and my eyes widened when I saw Scouts start to shoot at Ymir, Reiner, Porco and Annie.

"What the hell are they doing?!" I yelled

"Jean it's the Jaegerists!" yelled Mikasa

She was right, I saw Floch shooting at us with a platoon of soldiers.

"Goddammit!" I yelled

"Damn Jaegerists." growled Javelin

I punched the car I was hiding behind in frustration. Eren punched Reiner and grabbed Ymir's hair and threw her at Porco. Annie tried to kick his head but Eren grabbed her leg and threw her a few yards away, crashing into a bunch of buildings.

But then there was another explosion and my eyes widened as I saw another titan shifter and I recognized it as the Warhammer titan.

"Armin did you know about the warhammer titan?" I asked

"Yea I contacted her." he replied

The warhammer titan suddenly summoned a giant spike and it impaled Eren's stomach. It was my first time seeing the warhammer titan in action and it had pretty amazing powers.

The Jaegerists tried to fire at the warhammer titan but she suddenly summoned multiple spikes out of the ground killing most of them. She then summoned a giant hammer out of the air and swung at Eren. But Eren broke the spike holding him and dodged it just in time.

"So this is the power of the warhammer titan." said Javelin

The warhammer titan began to fight Eren but Eren was no match for the warhammer titan and eventually he was beaten down by her hammer. But then I saw Floch come up from behind the warhammer titan and he shot 8 thunder spears at her nape and it exploded.

"No!" I gasped

The warhammer titan collapsed but then it slowly raised an arm and made a crossbow and shot at Eren but he dodged it just in time.

"Huh Floch just blew up her nape." said Sasha

I began to collect the clues observed just by watching her.

"I see, the warhammer titan can create any fancy weapon just by hardening. Impressive but that doesn't explain why the titan didn't die." I said

"Hey Jean did you not see something odd about the warhammer titan when it shifted?" asked Connie as he shot his gun at the remaining Jaegerists.

"What?" I asked

"When it shifted, it didn't materialize from its neck, it started from the feet." said Connie

Now that I thought about he was right.

"Just keep pressure on Eren!" I yelled

"With what firepower?! Our .10 bolts won't be enough damage to Eren especially because we can't get the damn nape." said Sasha

"Mikasa, take down Eren!" I yelled

Mikasa swung towards Eren but the remaining Jaegerists began to open fire at her so I gave her some covering fire. Mikasa fired her thunder spears but Eren was able to dodge them and suddenly he punched the ground.

"Huh why did he do that?" I questioned

He began to dig until finally he pulled out what looked like a crystal cocoon, I gasped when I saw Viri Tybur, the warhammer titan inside of it.

"No we must get her from him!" I yelled

I used my ODM gear to swing towards Eren but I was too late, he put the cocoon inside his mouth and bit down but luckily the cocoon was strong enough that Eren's mouth broke.

"Jean look out!" yelled Connie

I looked down just in time to see a Thunder spear hit the building next to me and explode. The impact blew me away and I crashed into another building.

I got up and saw Porco engage in fighting Eren, he swung his claws at Eren but Eren used the cocoon as a shield. That's when I saw that Porco left some claw marks on the cocoon. I quickly swung onto Eren and shot his eyes, blinding him.

Porco then came and attacked Eren but since he was blind he was struggling to defend. So Porco took advantage and began to slash at Eren but then Porco lunged towards Eren's nape but Eren's eye opened and he punched Porco's face so hard his face broke.

"How, it hasn't been 30 seconds!" gasped Connie

Eren looked at me and I gasped.

"Just one eye?!" I complained

That's when Eren began to rip off Porco's limbs immobilizing. Eren forcefully opened Porco's mouth and shoved the cocoon inside his mouth and lifted him up above his head and opened his mouth.

"Hey hey what is he doing?" asked Sasha

"He's using Porco to kill Viri!" I yelled

"Where are the shifters?" asked Connie

I saw Reiner down from just one punch and Ymir was slowly getting up. Annie was far away while Mikasa tried to wake her up.

"It all depends on the three of us." I said, "We have to save Viri."

"Jean!"

I looked down and I saw more Jaegerists show up on cars and open fire on me.

"Shit!" I groaned

I began dodging the shots and swinging around, Connie quickly swung down and dropped three grenades at the Jaegerists, exploding some of them.

"Eren! Stop!" I yelled

I swung towards Eren as fast as I could ready to blast him out of his nape but once I got near him, Eren was able to crush the cocoon using Porco's mouth. Viri's blood dripped out of the cocoon into Eren's mouth, now he has the warhammer titan powers.

"Damn you Eren!" I yelled

I shot my Thunder spear at his nape and exploded it. Eren fell backwards and I was about to finish him when Floch came and tackled me onto the roof. He pulled out his sword and began slashing at me so I got in close and slid behind him, grabbed his waist, picked him up and slammed him onto the ground.

"Floch stop it! Eren's trying to destroy humanity!" I yelled

"He's not, he's only going to leave Eldia alone!" yelled Floch

"Floch are you out of your mind?!" I asked

"Are you trying to leave Eldia to be tormented again?!" asked Floch

"We can figure that out later but this is wrong!" I yelled

Floch glared at me so he kicks me off and pulls out his gun and starts shooting at me so I run off the roof and swing away. Annie and Eren began to fight again with Reiner who was already weak but he and Annie began to do some work on Eren.

Riku was on the ground shooting at the incoming Jaegerists with the Bounty Hunters and they were making a lot of progress killing them.

I saw Pieck finally show up but this time she brought some reinforcements, Commander Magath was with her with some more reinforcements who weren't part of the damn Jaegerists. Pieck had a giant artillery gun and Magath fired at Eren but Eren created a giant crystal wall.

"He already learned how to use the warhammer titan powers?!" I yelled

Eren shot out multiple spikes from the ground, impaling Reiner and Porco but Ymir was able to dodge them and she jumped onto Eren's nape.

"Ymir!" I gasped

"She's going to eat Eren!" yelled Mikasa

But before I could say anything Ymir was hit by a giant rock that came from the north.

"What the, a giant rock?" questioned Connie

I looked over to where the rock came from to see what I didn't want to see at this time.

"Well done holding out by yourself Eren Jaeger." said Zeke in his titan form a hundred yards away, "Now leave the rest to your older brother."
