Chapter 49 :- Fight like a team

" KAZUKI!!!" shouted Yuzi

" What you want old brag " said Kazuki

" COME DOWN NOW " said Yuzi

" Why , I won't fight , with him this battle is for me it's my turn to take revenge " said Kazuki

" Why you want to fight alone , isn't this all matters to you " said Hiroshi

" Hiroshi , shut up and let me talk '' said Yuzi

" Ok " said Hiroshi as he took a step back

" Listen to me Kazuki " said Yuzi

" What is it " said Kazuki

" Today you protect the moment of this war , that will rise with the attack on the village and end by death of Daishi. All your pride, prestige, grandeur, be it even life itself today you put all of it in bet against one arrow of a bow and defend this village " said Yuzi

" But ... but I .. don't have a bow and arrow... " said Kazuki as he was confused

Everyone was stunned after hearing what Yuzi told them. They were astonished and they were all mesmerized , left in a deep thought.

" Kazuki, you need to fight for us , for all those who lost their lives and moreover you need to fight for that farmer who died in your lap. You asked me that what is the cause of this war and why shall it must take place at the first place, well I can't explain you that but now you have a cause you need to protect this child at any cost " said Gorosuke

" I don't want to fight because it will bring more destruction. I will kill the demons on my own but I will make sure that the village isn't destroyed because if I became the reason of one more that I will..... I will take part in Seppuku " shouted Kazuki

" Kazuki what have you done " said Hiroshi

Kazuki jumped down the tree and bowed infront of Gorosuke. Kazuki then untied the baby and gave it to Gorosuke.

" Her name will be Asuka " said Kazuki

" What are you doing " asked Everyone

" We will die as a team , we will fight as a team untill and unless , anyone die because of me " said Kazuki as he went inside the school and asked everyone to follow.

Gorosuke , Hiro , Yuzi , Hiroshi , Mimiko , Kanako , Ryo and Jetchi followed Kazuki to the school. Eventually they all got settled inside the dining hall with Gorosuke and Yuzi facing each other at the table. Ryo , Jetchi and Hiro sat parallel to Kanako , Mimiko , Kazuki and Hiroshi. Gorosuke was concerned as he started to think.

" What are we gonna do , the demon will attack in few hours " said Hiroshi

" We do have one advantage " said Gorosuke

" What is it " asked Kazuki

" You see , The demons that are petrified by the cyrstal of life , being created by power of Arisu , their core soul is vulnerable as it is visible outside the body. Moreover , they aren't capable of battling in the day. Rin-shis as Flit mentioned and other demons will probably start attacking by the evening as they were weak at the dawn of day. The dusk and and the night is the time where they can actually attack us " said Gorosuke

" So we have like complete morning and complete afternoon to prepare ourselves " said Mimiko

" Yes probably , it's dawn of the day around 6 am , and we have 12 hours till 6 pm " said Kanako

" We do got all our villagers and students healed up but I don't think they are strong enough to help us I mean they are still scared about the things that happened " said Ryo

" We all need to get all of our best students, warriors , monks and villagers to aid us " said Jetchi

" I think we must use all of our things in the arsenal " said Hiroshi

" Children , no matter what you do , the biggest obstacle will always be around" said Yuzi

" What Grandma " everyone said

" Your mind " said Yuzi

Everyone was confused and asked " How " ?

" You see , If there's no temptation of victory, then there's no control over anyone. If the grapes aren't crushed , then wine is not produced , if the flowers aren't pressed , the perfume can't be made , the only thing that stops you due to the fear of pressure is your own mind " said Yuzi

" I didn't get it " said Hiro

" Use your animal spirits " said Yuzi as she sighed

" Oh yes , Toraje sama told us that when right time will be around all the puzzles would be solved " said Hiroshi

" Maybe you are right , but still we lack weapons " said Kanako

" Maybe we are the weapon and animal spirits will surely help us " said Jetchi

Everyone was happy and hyped as they started to feel the thrill but suddenly everyone started to stare at Hiro.

" That's right he doesn't have any Animal Spirit " said Hiroshi

" I got something , that surely would help " said Hiro as he went to his room.

He returned with 2 wooden boxes covered in different materials one with leather and the other covered in blood. He kept both of them on the table.
