Chapter 48 :- Game of Fate

Hiro sat along Yuzi and they both stared at the the fire under the stove that was illuminating the whole house. Cricket chirps were louder and louder , the wind chime start to churn as the wind blew. Hiro still crying , wiped his face and looked around for handkerchief in his pocket. He felt something hard and pointy. Confused he checked his pocket and found the cat the Niko gave to him before his journey to the mountain. Overwhelmed by the emotion, he stood up and went to the backyard staring at the sky. The night was as black as pitch , with the stars twinkling and shining high. The moon was covered by clouds and the grass under Hiro feet was moving swiftly and calmly. Yuzi stood up and grabbed a scroll from a nearby drawer.

" Hiro " said Yuzi

" Yes grandma " said Hiro wiping his tears

" Come here and see this " said Yuzi

Yuzi opened the scroll as Hiro approached it.

Yuzi took her glasses and started to read:-

" Benkei was said to have wandered around Kyoto every night on a personal quest to take 1000 swords from samurai warriors, who he believed were arrogant and unworthy. After collecting 999 swords through duels and looking for his final prize, he met a young man playing a flute at Gojotenjin Shrine in Kyoto"

"Benkei, (died 1189, Japan), warrior-monk whose legendary superhuman exploits in the service of his master, the famous warrior Minamoto Yoshitsune " Yuzi added

" But grandma what can I do from it " asked Hiro

" Turn the futon mattress over and remove the bottom " said Yuzi

Hiro nodded , still confused he did what Yuzi told him to do so. He came across a huge Box that was covered in blood and cloth.

" What's this " asked Hiro

" It's one of Benkei sama Great 7 hands " said Yuzi

" What's that " asked Hiro

" You see , Benkei armed himself with seven weapons, and is often depicted carrying these on his back. In addition to his sword, he carried a broad axe (masakari), a rake (kumade), a sickle (nagigama), a wooden mallet (hizuchi), a saw (nokogiri), an iron staff (tetsubō), and a Japanese glaive (naginata)"

" This right here is the sword of Benkei " said Yuzi

" Why don't you understand I am not strong enough to wield it , it's not worth it , it would be an insult to legendary Benkei sama " said Hiro

" Hiro , you are not weak , you aren't just aware of your powers " said Yuzi

" Huh " said Hiro

" If you've ever had ANYONE on this earth care for you… you have something to fight for. If you care about ANYONE else on this earth but yourself… you have someone to fight for,

If you have not yet realized your true potential… YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO FIGHT FOR! ,You have to quit looking at what you DON'T HAVE and REMEMBER WHAT YOU'RE FIGHTING FOR! " shouted Yuzi

" I .... I ... " stutter Hiro as he couldn't believe what he heard

" LET GO of those outside voices that make you feel like you should be somewhere else… anywhere else in your life… You're not meant to be anywhere other than where YOU WANT TO BE… and wherever you REALLY WANT TO BE… that is worth fighting for " she added

" Remember Hiro , you need to fight for your brother you need to fight to avenge your mother's death , you need to fight to avenge everyone who died because of the demons you need to avenge for Niko " said Yuzi

" I got it , I can do it ,.... no I will do it " shouted Hiro

" This weapon isn't an ordinary weapon , Fighters choses it's weapon , this weapon choses it's fighter " said Yuzi

" I am coming to the school with you right now take this and let's go " Yuzi shouted

" Ok grandma let's go " said Hiro as they started to track their journey to the school.

After a long track , They eventually met up with Kazuki , Hiroshi, Mimiko, Ryo and Jetchi who were trying to get Kazuki down on the ground at the entrance of the school. Kazuki as sitting at the top of the tree ignoring everyone's request.

" What is going on " asked Hiro

" Oh my god Hiro you are safe , thank god " said Hiroshi

" Hi Hiroshi , where were you and what's in the box " asked Jetchi

" I will explain to you all later , but what is going on " asked Hiro

" We were having a moral breakdown about the situation so we summoned our animal spirit to guide us. They did and they told Kazuki to fight with us together as a team but he didn't listen and ran away. We chased him down and surrounded him under the tree but he isn't listening" said Mimiko

" Guys what's going on " said Kanako as she and Gorosuke were coming from inside of the school

" Hey Kanako did you completed the Rituals " asked Ryo

" Yeah but surprisingly , Jarrod's medicine worked and all those who were injured and poisoned were healed back to perfect health " said Kanako

" Oh thank you animal Spirits" said Hiroshi

" Animal spirits ? What you talking about " asked Hiro

" Nothing will explain later , Kazuki come down RIGHT NOW !!! " shouted Hiroshi

" Kazuki why aren't you listening " shouted Kanako

" I will kill all of them alone but not with them " said Kazuki
