The Dermis-Heimer Family (2)

I sat on the cushion bench nearby and looked at all the four people that were sitting opposite to my seat, looking at me with an intoxicated expression, just from looking at them I could say, everyone except for Mr. Frederik, all the others were confused as it was their first time hearing the name of 'Dermis-heimer' and also their importance.

So, without any ado I cleared my throat to seek the attention all the people present here both visible and invisible.

Mr. Frederik who had seemed to have gotten the hint gestured all the others present here to move out of the room.

So now the only ones present here were, Mr. Frederik, Mr. Barbatos, Mr. Lenin, Mr. Haleth and me.

As the trio and Mr. Frederik was so eager to hear the eons old forgotten history, I finally decided to start my narration,

You want to hear it? Ok, then I'll tell you the tale:

In the world of Eternia, it had been around 8 million years since the species of this world had been developed to a certain extent that the beings of the same species had started to live as groups and move together.

There had been many cases of cross-breeds but it wasn't a matter of that importance as they were not so smart that time, at that time the being of this world would interact only with their commodity and would rarely fight against the commodities of other species and that was how it had been continued till many years.

And to finally break the sequence of the time period of history,

The gods who had been absent since the creation of the world, had suddenly decided to interfere with the development of the civilization,

They had chosen a particular clan of the human race who were of the family of great warriors and rulers and gave them the power that should have never been given in the hands of single person, but to parallelize the power, the gods then gave them the responsibility corresponding to the power.

The clan that was entrusted with the power and its responsibility was the family of 'Dermis-heimers', the human species that were proud of their rich body and its wonderful benefits.

When they were given this responsibility, they readily accepted it and ruled the world for many years. They had assigned different species to the different works that had best suited them,

it was not that other species readily accepted all that was ordered by the 'heimers', it was just that these people were too powerful and the work they ordered the people to do really suited the them perfectly!!

Things had been continuing in this manner for the next few centuries, the dermis-heimers had not only ruled and watched over the world but they had something special in them as well and that was,

They had been able to produce more than five generations of the trinity heroes that were needed to kill the demon god, they even brought up and nurtured the legendary 'trinity church' that would take this responsibility to help strengthen the heroes.

But after more than 2 million years, something very terrifying happened on the land 'derminheim', [The name of the united empire under dermis-heimers], that incident had shook the entire world, the world shook so much that it got divided into many pieces.

[Author's intervention: it was joke!!, please laugh.]

After 2 million years, by a sudden earth quake the only piece of land on the world got split up into 9 great parts.

Those great 9 parts after the accumulation of their populace and further development in the land both geographically and spiritually, which are now known as the 9 great continents.

Now with their only ruler gone or separated by this drift, all the other intelligent creatures living in the piece of the land started to develop and cultivate the land and soon reign their respective kingdoms and beast lands.

The cultivated lands were now large continents with their own specialties and sovereigns,

They were/are:

Central continent: The largest continent of the entire world, it is place densely populated with all kind of species but it has been mostly ruled by the human race so majority of the population are humans.

Cinder-Oak sub-continent: It was once a major part of the central continent famous for its cinder, obtained from a tree similar to oak. But after the rise of the strongest demon god for the third time, all the demons of that time divided themselves and conquered this part.

Valanthena continent: It is the that's situated at the west of the central continent. Also known as the 'western continent' consists of great kings from the start of the golden era, it was on the war for more than two centuries and was successful in driving out all the foreign races and ruled strongly.

Jurassic continent: This is the continent that was found in the late years of the golden era, this place mainly consists of beasts similar to dinosaurs.

And the central part or the core part is ruled by the mighty dragons. It has rich magic power and is a really dangerous place, so humans and other species rarely visit this place.

Crimsolunar continent: It got its name due to the long living crimson sandal-wood trees. this was once called the spirit garden for its ability to cultivate unique plants and divine trees. But when the continental drift hit this place, all those floras were burnt down and were fossilized. Leading to this densely spiritual continent.

It has been in this way for centuries, so all the sentient and intelligent creatures residing in this place are gifted with high spiritual power and mana affinity.

Arctic-stag continent: This is also called as the northern continent, contrary to its name is located at the equatorial region of the world. Due to its harsh atmosphere and hellish living all the creatures here had developed a very solid layer of bones called exo-skeleton. They were exposed to vast amount of demonic energy before the golden era, leading to a number of variant demon-beast species.

Kinqardin continent: The mystic continent that is 3/4th the size of central continent, it is a land of diversity. The upper part of the continent is ruled by many mystics and God-beasts, while the lower part is ruled by the hearth-dwellers 'Dwarfs' and the fire-conjurers 'firebornes'. It has never been to war since time immemorial and the mystics only once had interfered in the war against the demon god.

Netherland continent: This is the deadliest continent of Eternia, surrounded by miasma/nether in everyplace of this land, all the creature living here are adept in using the chaos energy and even the demons with the darkest to deadliest magic suffer staying here without corrupting their cores.

This place is greatly filled with heavenly treasures as well as deadly poisons, while it is a boon for people seeking to become strong but is also a bane to those careless and weak.

Etherland continent: Similar to Netherland this is a place that contains ether that is the purest form of mana catalyst. This can also be the deadliest continent of the world of Eternia, it is on the same boat as the Netherland.

Due to the powerful essence of the ether present in this land all the beasts have bodies highly catalytic for mana. In the outermost part of this continent reside the smartest creatures of Eternia, The Mewton species.

Southern Continent: It is the most newly found continent situated at the far south of the central continent, due to it having less people travelling leading to less diversity and that again leading to the people being weak compared to the entire world.

So, it is known as the weakest continent in the world and also the seclusion place for the powerhouses and supernovas.

As the time went on, all the other vessels of the 'heimers' sent their special forces to search for their original masters their liege as they were akin to their father.

But in the end only the power of the god, the divinities that were given to the dermis-heimers, only these divinities were found. Out of a total sixteen, they found only six of the rest.

This was what all the people who know about the dermis-heim know about, but they soon forgot about their ruler the 'heimers'.

And now, I am going to tell you about the Dermis-heimers, my Dermis-heimers.
