Phillip put down the file that contained Alexander personal data that renewed just 5 hours ago. He blew a smoke ring from the cigarette he was sucking right now.

Phillip still felt disappointed since Alexander rejected the Super Soldier chance this afternoon. If Alexander accepted it, maybe he would be the perfect Super Soldier ever be on the Earth.

Phillip suddenly smacked his head as he forgot something very important. Why would someone like Alexander, who was very ambitious rejected something that enhanced his strength?

According to the information around, Steve Roger and Alexander was a best friend since they met two weeks ago. It's understandable if someone would give a chance to his best friend if he can. But why would Alexander give something very significant like Super Soldier transformation chance to someone he just met two weeks ago?

Phillip keeps thinking about it until his cigarette was run out. He couldn't bother to lit up a second one as his brain now is turn out to the highest speed.

<The Next Day>

Alexander wore the suit prepared by Peggy last night. Today he going to personally observed Steve transformation.

Alexander took a Colt M1911A1 from the beneath of his pillow, and the pistol immediately disappeared. Last night, he discovered that he could store any item into a card, and the item could be extracted out as he will.

Alexander still didn't know the limit of the cheat, but he didn't care as he would found it slowly. He took the pistol because today there will be a fight, so this is for the precaution.

After fixed Alexander tie, both of them entered the car. The car immediately goes to the place where Steve would be transformed. While in the car, Alexander and Peggy chatted a lot about anything that Project Rebirth related.

After 2 hours of drive, they arrived at an old looking building in the middle of Manhattan. Peggy guided Alexander into the building. Contrary to the outside, the inside is futuristic with many advanced instruments all-around.

Alexander was guided into a room filled with people who wore Army Officer uniform and suit. He immediately saw Colonel Phillip in the middle of them. Not just that, he grinned when he saw a people wore a suit and glasses among them.

Alexander and Peggy arrival quickly noticed by them. Phillip got up from his seat and walked to Alexander.

"Soldier Hartman, you arrived. Everyone, this is Alexander Hartman, the one I was talking about just now." Phillip said as he introduced Alexander to the people in the room.

"This is Colonel Walter. He was one of my comrade in arm…"

"This is Major General Thomas, he was…."

"And this is Fred Clemson, a watchman sent by the government official today," Phillip introduced all the people in the room to Alexander. Majority of the people here is from the army with a little government official for the rest.

After the introduction finished, all of them immediately back to their respective seat as the event is going to start. The transformation scene was basically the same as in the movie.

While all of the people focused on Steve, Alexander instead stared at the old guy beside Steve, the maker of Super Soldier Serum, Abraham Erskine.

After 5 seconds, a bunch of cards popped out from Erskine.

Alexander immediately extracted Super Soldier Knowledge card from Erskine, and a progress bar appeared. He expected it would take 30 minutes to be complete, so he just waited.

After a while, Steve painful scream can be heard from the chamber he's in. The light on the chamber that Steve's in began to glow shinier each second. After 1 minute, the light finally subsided, and the chamber slowly opened.
