Alexus pov

I hate this teacher with all my being. The chessy dad jokes were just so bad then every time I ask him something he would say no. My friend lyle had just walked into class and I noticed he had some random guy by the arm pulling him towards the two empty seats next to me. At that moment I decided to play a little joke on the new kid.

"Lyle who the hell is this." I said with growl.

"Alexus this is Leo." He replied.

He gestured me closer and whispered "he is my mate but we haven't talked about it yet." Before he could warn me not to say anything I jumped up and walked up to this mystery man.

"Listen here if you ever to anything to hurt my friend's feelings I will personally see that your life becomes a living hell and that you fight me one on one because I'ma grown man and I ain't neva scared." I growled right in his face so he would get the point. When I turned to go back to my seat Lyle looked like he was extremely done. He had is head in his hands shaking his head back and forth but you could see he wanted to laugh.

Looking at Leo I think his name was he looked like he saw a ghost. His skin had paled in color. He almost looked like he was going to cry.

"Leo I'm just kidding I'm not that mean and I hope you are having good a first day." I smiled. That seemed to calm him down a little. Looking at Mr. Bell I said

"Mr. Bell you know watt." I asked knowing that he had a dad joke from his dad he wanted to tell us.

"I didn't know him personally but I see is name on light bulbs." He boomed in his loud voice earning a few laughs here and there. The ones who seemed to laugh the hardest was Lyle and leo but lyle is always laughing or smiling.

"Today we are learning about power." Mr. Bell said pulling put a contraption to measure your power. It was just a pipe with string through it tied to a weight but I wanted it.

"I got the power." I sang while he demonstrated what to do which was just twist the rope till the weight reached the top.

"You got this Alexus." I heard lyle say when mr was done explaining everything.

"I know I'm stronger and taller than the average bear." I said earning a laugh from Leo. I grabbed the pipe and started twisting within 14.1 seconds I had the weight at the top of the pipe. Then the bell rang and it was lunch time.

Leo's pov

That Alexus is one scary person but she funny as hell and says and sings the most random of things. I almost died when she said she was stronger than the average bear. Then she was singing to lyle and he just sat there and she was like I'm never singing to you again a least you could show some feeling and lyle just looked at her. But now it's time for lunch and I'm hungrier than the average bear but I could never be hungier then alexus I thought as I stepped in the lunch room.
