Lunch

Leo's pov

Physics was quite an interesting class. The teacher is funny as hell and Alexus is awesome when she not threatening my life. The bell had just rung and now it was time for lunch. Lyle was pulling me towards the lunch room because, and I quote "I move to slow." But in my defense he was rushing.

"Uggggghhhhh lyle slow down the food isn't going anywhere and I hate moving faster then my natural pace." I whined while he was still pulling me in the direction of the food.

"Well maybe if you'd move faster I wouldn't have to pull you plus I'm hungry." He grunted through puffs of breathe.

Finally reaching the cafeteria he stopped pulling and to my surprise held the door for me. The people at my old school were never this nice they just push and rush past like they haven't ate in years. I walked in and was hit with the smell of papa John's pizza and spicy chicken sandwiches.

"Come on I'm going to show you to the table." He said as he started pulling again.

But this time it was short as we reached a table full of people. Five girls, two really big guys, and a handsome guy standing in front of the table. Lyle waved to everyone and hugged two of the girls and the guy who was standing. I found myself growling at this.

"Hey these are my friends stop it." Lyle scolded me pulling me closer to the table by the waist. The first person to walk up was the standing guy but getting closer I could make out the scent of gorilla.

"This is Alex but we all call him squishy." He said but before I could say anything I was swept up into a hug by squishy.

"Put him down squishy." Lyle said as squishy released me.

"That's Adriana my best friend, that Iran and her mate Jason, that is Trinity and Jennifer, and last but never least is Belen and her mate Justin." Lyle introduced.

I heard two grunts as the two big guys walked up towards us.

"You guys are golems." I said pointing to them.

"Smart one you got here Lyle takes others really long to get that." The first one said.

"Thanks Jeisen." Lyle said

"The other one is Jesus his mate is around here somewhere." Just as he said that you could see two little hands wrap around his neck.

My stomach was growling I was really hungry. Lyle must have heard my stomach talking because he leaped into action almost flying toward the lines to get us some food.

"He's whipped." Jeisen said him and Jesus started to wrestle and punch each other with almost all their force.

Laughing I went to sit next to Adriana. As I sat down Lyle sat in front of me handing my plate. On it was a spicy chicken sandwich with what looked like french fries.

I'm never getting school lunch again. I thought as I pick up the  sandwich. But I put it down and looked at lyle since he has been staring at me for the last ten minutes.

"Lyle let me ask you a question, if we're going to be mates I want to know stuff about you." I declared.

"What would you like to ask." He said

"What makes you want to stare at me the way you do." I asked.

"I stare because you are the most beautiful person I have seen in my life, I stare because the face you make when you laugh makes my heart skip several beats, I stare because I want to be able to see all the different face you make for different emotions, I stare because I love you." He said making me blush several shades of red.

"I told you whipped." Jeisen said making a whipping noise

"Okay let me ask you a question." he said

"Ok what would you like to know." I said still blushing

"Would you go on a date with me." He asked

All I could do was jump over the table and hug him. As his friends screamed and cheered making a huge scene.
