Successful Evolution & Storm Dragon Returns

The drowsiness has finally faded. I woke up to see all of my executives around me inside my office. They don't seem to have noticed that I was awake. So I just turned into my human form.

Upon this realization, they all dropped to their knees and began to speak in sync.

"Congratulations on your successful evolution to Demon Lord Status Lord Rimuru!" That was totally not creepy but, It is part of my goal and its all thanks to Milim. She really came through for me even though we had just met.

"Rimuru!" I heard a shout head towards me. In an instant it was Milim who grabbed me and picked me up in a hug.

"Well, aren't you gonna thank me?" Milim said with expectations

"Yeah, yeah. Thank you for giving me what I needed Milim." A bright smile was now very visible on her face. Very happy that I decided to become one of them I guess.

"Now, do you know what I wish to do?" Milim asked with a bit of a devious tone in her voice.

"What?" I asked, completely clueless about what she wanted.

"With you being a Demon Lord, I wish to fight you bestie!"

"Fine."

"Huh?" She seemed shocked by my answer. Probably because I felt like I couldn't beat her, but now I'm positive I can at least cause a bit of damage. But even now I don't completely know my stats.

Well damn. I can't help but to be shocked from this. I have two Ultimate Skills and [Anos, Lord of Destruction] seems completely overpowered. Maybe with this I can win against her. But I'll also need to see just what I am capable of. No overestimating or underestimating myself.

But what was even more surprising was Veldora. It hasn't even been that long. But here he is about to freed. This day can't possibly get any better.

"Well yeah Milim, I would like to test my limits. I may or may not be able to win against you but I do want to see my overall power." Milim smiled once more in excitement.

"But first I have one thing to do. So after that I will fight you. Also Benimaru and Sakame, I will need a report on anything that has happened while I was asleep."

With that taken care of, I left the executive building and headed for the sealed cave, which I had setup Gabiru and his fellow Dragonewts in since they came to us. Gabiru himself is not yet apart of my executives, but since he is a co-head of the research department I might as well add him to my cabinet.

It didn't take long on them to notice me upon entry.

"Lord Rimuru! It is a pleasure to see you! And congratulations on your ascension to Demon Lord!" He is still as extra as usual. He even almost started singing my congratulations part.

"Thanks. Anyways Gabiru. I am going to need everyone out of the cave in order to do something, and don't let anyone enter after me, okay?" He seemed confused but nonetheless he obeyed.

With that done, I began to head to where I first met Veldora in this cave. Once I reached it, even though it hasn't been all that long I felt really nostalgic. Maybe I should prank the old man by calling him dad. That would be funny seeing him annoyed by that.

'[Raphael] create a body double for me please.'

In an instant a another me formed out of nothing.

'How did it form that quick?'

Next thing I knew Veldoras seal was broken and now entering my double.

Next thing I knew Veldora was inhabiting the body. The body double began to change. It went from my small stature to roughly six feet. Its skin changed to what resembled a tan and the hair went from long and platinum to short and blonde, as well as the body going from pretty skinny to well toned.

"Kuahahaha! It is I Veldora Tempest! I have returned! And all those who defy me, shall be slaughtered! Kuahahahaha!"

'He is just as I remembered him. As obnoxious as ever.' I thought as I shed a nonexistent tear.

"Hey old man! How have you been inside my stomach?"

"Hoh! Rimuru, you really have become a demon lord! Congrats my sworn brother!" He said as he raised his fist for a fist bump.
