YOU'RE A SL..T

I cleared my throat so as to get his attention. When he acknowledged my presence, I greeted him with the best warm smile I could muster. He gestured for me to take a seat, which I did by taking the seat opposite his. He asked me to order anything I wanted which I politely declined by saying that I was fine. I was a little hesitant to order anything since the menu wasn't very familiar, and I really didn't want to make a fool of myself.

Alex ordered a bottle of exotic red wine and began to pour a glass for me. He also poured a glass for himself and raised a toast. "To a wonderful evening," he said, looking at me with his amazing eyes.

He cleared his throat and started, "So you know the reason for this meetup. My mother wants me to get married, which I'm too busy for, so that's where you come in."

He paused to take a sip of his wine, before continuing, "I make my mother happy, and you get your money," he said, looking at me with a questioning look probably asking if I had any questions. I knew that this was a business transaction, but I couldn't help but feel sad. I've always dreamt about having a very nice wedding like every girl but here I am.

Alex started, "My mom thinks we've been in a relationship, and that I chose to hide it from her. She wouldn't believe that all of a sudden, a girlfriend just randomly popped up."

He paused a little before he continued," I just need you to play the part of my girlfriend for a while so that I can get my mom off my back for now. We don't have to act intimately, just be friendly towards each other."

He dropped his glass down and looked at me, before asking, "if you have any questions or need anything, just ask?"

I paused for a moment at this question and then decided to tell him about my mom's condition. The earlier the better.

I started"Well...my mother is sick. She has a terminal illness, and I'm the one who takes care of her. Ever since my father got married to his new wife, he abandoned my mom and I. I've been trying to pay off my mom's hospital bills so that she can get treated...I took up this offer because I saw this as an opportunity to be able to pay off the bills. So..." I paused a little hesitant to continue.

Alex reassured me by saying, "You don't have to worry about that. Just give me the hospital name, your mother's name, and the name of the ward where she's located, and I'll handle the rest."

I nodded, feeling like a heavy burden had been lifted off my shoulder. I quickly provided him with the information he needed, including my mom's full name and the hospital information, all while feeling a sense of happiness in me.

Over the course of our dinner, we talked for 30 minutes. We got to know about each other, more like he got to know about me because I couldn't stop blabbering. I do that when I'm too excited or sad. I decided that it was time for me to head home. "Thank you for the meal, Mr Romanov,"I said as I got up from my seat.

As I got up to leave, Alex stopped me and said, "We'll be having dinner with my mom this weekend. I'll send you a dress and a driver. I'll be expecting you."

I said, "Sure, thank you." I wasn't entirely thrilled by the prospect of having dinner with his mom because I'm sure it would be an awkward dinner, but I figured it was for the best if I wanted the money I was promised. I left the restaurant and headed to the bus stop to wait for a cab home.

As I was walking down to the bus stop, I noticed a car which had been following me for a while now stop behind her and out came Josh, which completely ruined my mood. He was looking directly at me with a clear expression of disgust on his face. I chose to ignore him, not wanting to waste any time in getting away from him.

"So this is what you do now? Going out with men for money? You really are a slut. Thank God I left you." Josh said, making me stop in my tracks.

I felt a surge of anger wash through me at Josh's words. I couldn't believe that he still had the audacity to talk to me after everything he had done, especially after everything I had been through. I took a deep breath and tried to remain composed, despite the burning sensation in my stomach, the knot in her throat, and the tears in her eyes. My knuckles itched so bad,I really needed to punch the smug look off his face. I didn't want to give him the satisfaction of seeing me break down.

He probably noticed that I didn't reply to his previous statement and became even more irritated, continuing to say, "If you need money, you can just ask me. I would help instead of whoring around like a slut. Don't you have any shame...At least think about your sick mother"

His words made my blood boil with anger, and before I could even think of how to respond, I slapped him across the face, so hard that my own palms started to hurt from the force. I was shocked by her own actions because I didn't plan to cause any trouble but I felt that it was warranted, and I tried to restrain my anger as best I could.

Josh was shocked by the slap as much as I was and didn't expect such a violent reaction from me. "Don't you dare talking to me ever again in your wretched life. You're so disgusting, you really have no shame at all.'' I shouted, causing the people around them to take notice of the commotion and try to intervene, which made Josh feel ashamed.

Josh was still filled with smug confidence even after I had slapped him, and he continued with more insults. "You're just angry because you know it's true," he mocked, tossing a scattering of cash on the ground in front of me, which only served to anger me further.

As he turned to walk to his car, he turned towards me and said, "You'll surely pay you stupid b**ch." I turned my back towards him and walked to the bus stop, deciding that I was done with him and would never stoop to his level again ever.
