I had decided to retire as being a hero during these years as I had found it tiring putting criminals when another just pops up I wasn't getting paid and I wasn't gaining anything from it.

Doing the right thing is good and all but at the end of the day it truly does nothing, in the end, it creates a hero and because a hero is born so is a villain.

The people I saved weren't as thankful as they were back in my day they instead just walked off as if nothing happened only a few thanking me.

Sounds weird right? Yeah, it was it seems people forgot we aren't public servants but people.

Heroes were emerging throughout the world Villians were also being emerged as well this wasn't good.

Looking at Anakin's costume I smiled he wore Tasks masters clothes but instead of brandishing the shield and sword he carried around electro gauntlets which with his terrifying stealth which I believed was his metahuman ability he was born with got him the name Phantom which i liked and allowed him to continue his endeavours.

During his time with batman they recruited Dick Grayson it seems his parents always die.

Anakin also decided after a while to not follow Batman as much during his operation choosing to do it his way as he saw batmans methods flawed.

Walking out of Diana's Bar different branch which was located in gotham I decided to put on the mask and Looked into the sky and frowned.

Batman, Robin and Green lantern was fighting a bulky alien thing zooming in with my eyes my eyebrows creased.

That was a Parademon.

Darkseid was coming back.

Watching them struggling to fight the thing i decided to watch on and see how this universe green lantern fought which disappointed me again it's like the saying don't meet your heroes in person you'll often be left disappointed which I was.

He was rash it reminded me of young Bruce Wayne which pissed me off i didn't want to teach again this was reserved for the flash who needed a beating for his stunt back at 1986.

Batman finally getting sick of being beat around decided to use his chi to fry the brain of the Parademon which accidentally sent a loud screech alerting Gotham PD's helicopter.

Jumping down they ran toward me.

Getting tired of watching I decided to head back in for another round of how many drinks i can handle.

It was getting really boring being by myself.

Anakin was off doing his own thing now and Aphrodite was still training with the other amazons.

Sitting at the bar i made another drink for myself this bar was more of a place for my stay then an actual bar.

Nearly pouring myself a drink both Batman, robin and green lantern came in.

"What brings the dark crusader to my bar along with his boy wonder and green lantern?" I asked turning around to look at them.

"What's with the weird mask weirdo?" Green lattern asked getting ready to blast me with his ring.

"Aye cool it there you wouldn't want to break the bar or else my wife might get angry," I stated before finally pouring my drink and lifting my mask to drink it making sure to turn away when i didn't want Brucey here getting a picture of me.

"So Teacher what brings you to Gotham i don't remember you staying here Anakin said you lived in new york, not Gotham?" Batman asked still wandering why i was doing here.

"Teacher?" Both The Green lantern and Robin asked scratching their heads.

"So what brings you here Batman you know I've retired now," I said smiling.

"We just fought a mindless alien know anything about," He asked ordering a drink which i poured him one.

"What makes you think I know anything?" I asked pouring myself another drink.

"Those aliens have been documented on your history book," He stated before drinking.

It was a Doopal Drink it had the feeling of alcohol but could be washed off with water.

Pouring him a cup of water he drank the whole thing before waiting for me to respond.

"They're Parademons a race of aliens created by another big alien which i like to call omega forehead," I smiled before continuing " How's Phantom," I asked turning on the tv.

"He's alright but he seems to like working alone," He said grabbing the whole bottle of Doopal and pouring it into a glass and drinking it.

"This stuff never gets old," He smiled before walking out which i stopped him.

"Here catch," I replied throwing him a stick before grabbing another bottle of Doopal I was coming out of retirement again.

"You might need my help for what to come," I said before i layed back and drank the bottle from the top.

My son became a sort of contingency plan and my daughter and wife are too busy to even see me just what had my life become but I know this is just short term effect.
