'That was worth it, even if you never speak to me again. I know that you are there, and i know, you will never be alone again.' Thinking my eyes opened slowly, looking up to a dusk sky. Seeing strands of white hair blow over my cheek, while someone rubbed my face gently.

"Did you find the answers, you were looking for?" The goddess's sweet voice sounded out in my ears, looking down at me with caring eyes.

"Yes, i think i did.. goddess." Shaking my head, i figured she already knew and saw everything that happened. Feeling i had found a answer to my connection with the sword, I nodded with a smile.

I looked down at my sash, seeing the blade had a cresent moon on the bottom of the hilt and that the wrapping was now purple, looking at a small sun that was on the sheath, i smiled. When i was going to stand up and train again. I heard a hum from my sword, hearing soft words i gripped the hilt and understood something.

'So you are not mad? I am sorry, i will never make you feel that way again, Shinso." Thinking i stood up, looking at the goddess who only smiled.

"I take it, your ready aren't you?" Standing up, she looked down at me and spoke. Seeing me lean over to her, i don't know why but i hugged her.

"Yes, I'm ready to move on from this place, goddess. Truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you.." i said feeling her hug me back, as i felt her rub my head.

"Ok, ok., enough.. i'm not crying, Gin.. i know you will do great things. You have a unique way about you, i know you could change that world and keep your promise. But can you keep our promise to?" She said, when i looked up her face looked so far away.

"Anything goddess, I owe you more then I could ever repay. Ask it and i will do what I can." I said, hearing her words full of happiness yet sorrow. She leaned down, pulling me close as she did.

"Promise, promise me that you'll live.. live your new life the way you want. Until one day, we meet again." Her words soft, while she gently hugged me. I felt a feeling of comfort but sleepiness as I tried to answer. Only to see everything go black as I slowly disappeared.

"I promise.. I will live the way I wish to.." I left what words I could behind as i faded in to nothing.

"Good.." the goddess spoke, standing up straight as she looked at the world, her back could only be seen as she looked at the sun that fell in the distance, saying these last few words as she placed her hand to her heart, as once again this world turned into nothing but black.

'That was an experience.. ah! Damn that hurts!' Thinking about the time I spent in that world, I let out a small yell as I gripped my head, images of blood splashing and men screaming were heard as I took in all the memories.

'So that's what, a soul with out consciousness does..' thinking slowly now, the pain started to leave as I let the memories flow. Finally opening my eyes, i looked around at the blood that was on the ground, feeling some of it was on my face. Looking at a few arms and a leg that was cut clean off around me.

Looking at the pooling of blood right next to my head as it almost touched me. Seeing bodies lay all around me, there faces full of terror as they were cut in different ways or on there knees with there body slumped over. Looking around there had to be at least 50 of them as I shook my head.

"It would seem, being born into a different time line.. came with some problems. This body was placed here first while my consciousness lagged behind in that world. It looks like I did a good bit of killing, and even at the last moments of me joining this body, it was on a killing spree. At least from the memories, most were willing fighters and some just wished to kill me. Wish I would have known this sooner, but I can't turn back the hands of time. Either way.. at least I'm at the place I want to be, north Rukongai, district 80, zaraki. Ikorose..Shinso." I spoke as I looked at my robe, my face and its ever present smile. I turned back slowly as I had my blade near my arm pit as the sound of blood was heard.

"Mo.. mon.. monster.." A male voice spoke as I looked back, seeing a man drop to his knees. Blood spraying out of his chest as he fell, the sound of his sword falling as he did.

"You wanted to cut me down from behind, so all is fair is it not?" I spoke in a voice that was cold and with out care. His eyes looking in disbelief as he saw the moon shine down on my smile, before his eyes closed.

"How long.. do you plan to watch? Did you not wish to join in?" I spoke as I looked up to the sky, seeing the sky was blank as I talked to the darkness.

The wind blew as I turned around, seeing the shadows move a figure came out from behind a tree. His short black hair had lost its luster, his eyes like a wild animal, his rags he had for clothes that covered his skinny yet kind of tall body, for a child. His eyes were trained on me as he looked at my face, my hair blowing as our shadows met. I looked in his hand, where a overly long nodachi was, it's bottom wrapped in bandages, a long with its riveted like hilt, and its long chipped blade. We both stared at each other for a while as a smile started to form on his face.

'To think I'd meet you so soon.. Kenpachi, Zaraki..' I thought as my smile grew more. The moment was silent as I watched the grass blow, our shadows intertwining as both of us waited for the other to move.

'Finally.. someone unafraid, my blood is rushing.. this feeling.. finally!'
