I feel as though the same person who wasted wishes for Infinity Stones on two separate wishes and on a Longinus Sacred Gear wouldn’t immediately develop the mindset of “Oh, I won’t waste time wishing for everything I desire. That’s no fun!” That’s just forced plot to prevent him from gaming the system. The truth is that this MC would definitely be spamming these wishes every week.
