Probably the six eyes...I think the eyes of the lord are much more powerful but Adam had the body strength necessary to go along with his eyes. So in a normal situation, i think i would go for the insta mastery of cursed energy...Especially since we only saw Adam copy physical attacks so i'm not sure it can copy something like energy attacks or Gojo's infinity.
