It’s a one tomoe at the moment I think. And yes normally any level of the Sharingan can use genjutsu , but I think author made a statement of wanting the Mc learn some stuff slowly by himself.
Has anyone else noticed the fact that the author makes him look strong and all...but when he goes to fight someone "important" to the "plot" he nerfs him stupidly and without any logic...?
In the kakashi anime, the genin is so superior to a human that he uses sharingan and splashes of water to kill a group of ninja killers, and here the mc, although he has no experience in battles, is still much superior to a human in strength and speed, even if he is a mage
Do you hate your own MC or something? You make him look all powerful but when he has to fight some mid boss, you forcefully to such disgusting degrees that it throws all logic out of the window and Nerf him so bad that he becomes so pathetically weak.
