Se toda as skills que ele ganha for igual a um buff temporário que so melhora o que ele tem dando xp em certas condições, não é muito op no mundo de naruto se comparado as habilidades quebradas que existem. A não ser que a força, defesa e velocidade dele díspare no nível saitama. E isso e só a parte física, faltaria algo para melhorar a parte mental e da alma. Agora não sei se pela primeira habilidade ou nessa segunda se ele poderia aprender qualquer habilidade como Deus voador do trovão ou espiritualização, ou até mesmo evoluir alguma técnica ai seria op pra caralho. Tipo uma hábilidade como estudioso ou pesquisador para criar um novo ninjutsu ou genjutsu.
