This is like a really cool concept, the question i have is what will happen if he copied Monoma's quirk? (If you don't know him, he is a stuck up brat with both superiority and inferiority complex and possesses the quirk called Copy) will he get to keep the quirks hr copied like Hero time due to its influence or not? Hmmm very curious..

So what your saying is thats its only a one time thing? Like if he copied for example mina's quirk and he used it, he will not be able to copy it again? (Using Monoma's quirk)
