He's a bit too forgiving. He has been wronged again and again to the point of torture a d death by pretty much everyone he trusted in his life and he's just like "meh it's cool, karma will get them". It's seriously disappointing that he's just planning on letting all of that go without enacting any kind of revenge at all. I can understand if revenge isn't his first priority or even his second priority, but him being a pushover and not getting back at the people that made his life a living hell is mega pushover behavior. For him getting revenge would be as easy as walking down to the local newspaper or knocking James and Lily out and crippling them. For Dumbledore he probably couldn't do anything now, but digging into his past and slowly putting together a giant smear campaign in the future is well within his abilities. The fact that he's not even considering these things makes him seem like he doesn't attach any importance to the torture and near death he experienced.
