He's a bit too forgiving. He has been wronged again and again to the point of torture a d death by pretty much everyone he trusted in his life and he's just like "meh it's cool, karma will get them". It's seriously disappointing that he's just planning on letting all of that go without enacting any kind of revenge at all. I can understand if revenge isn't his first priority or even his second priority, but him being a pushover and not getting back at the people that made his life a living hell is mega pushover behavior. "Oh they were in jail for a couple years, they almost killed me and tortured me for years so iIthink their punishments is a bit light but whatever" and "The man who convinced my young parents to abandon their child to a life of misery and torture while also binding my magic and obligating me to retardation is living a good life, iIgyess I'll just leave him alone and let him enjoy his twilight years" and "The parents who betrayed their duty to me, their son and abandoned me to torture and near death all while ignoring my existence and allowing a man to bind me to an abusive home, cripple my magic and obliviate me to retardation are walking around freely and happily as if they did nothing. I should just leave them alone and not do anything to get any form of revenge. " MC is a MEGA MEGA pushover. especially since revenge is easily within his abilities. For him getting revenge would be as easy as walking down to the local newspaper or knocking James and Lily out and crippling them. For Dumbledore he probably couldn't do anything now, but digging into his past and slowly putting together a giant smear campaign in the future is well within his abilities. The fact that he's not even considering these things makes him seem like he doesn't attach any importance to the torture and near death he experienced.
