Because the truth is, these types of parents who “care” about their children but act hard and cold for their own good, are not to my liking, they are a lot of problems.
So far it's been fun, I like that in this world apparently the MC's family is different from the extreme indifference it used to be to something resembling tough love, it's not the healthiest thing to raise a child but it could be worse
